I checked and I can confirm that it's working properly on my end now. I can see the Group Stage at the top followed by the ranking of the best third-placed teams, and the Knockout Stage at the bottom. I like the colors and how everything looks. I would like to give an update on my situation here. I had received this response (at 8:45 AM, UTC) from Jackpotter support team after denying the KYC verification request through email message. But surprisingly I received the funds on my wallet at 9:32 AM (UTC time). I'm curious to know why they actually triggered KYC verification on my account in the first place, and why they later processed my withdrawal without requiring it.



I think either OP or Cro2 team has done the job in the background to process my withdrawal. But my question is, can I play without any fear at Jackpotter with fair gameplay activity? Or may I face such issues again without any realistic reason?

I hardly make single bets worth more than 4x,,, I seldom dare to go big even though it makes sense unless that team is Tottenham
