Ey guys anyone is experiencing problems with the pickem bracket challenge promotion for the world cup?

Today i enter to the section to edit my picks and they show me to me a pop up saying im eliminated from the contest, which makes no sense, I talk to support and they answer all no sense like this one they said "you didnt complete the picks in the gruop stage" when you can clearly see in my image my picks..... after that more no sense said by the support.



I need this to be solved before the start of the next stage.

I would say you should try talking with them directly in forum or contact their manager to get faster support and explanation.
I didnt have bad experience with Jackpotter casino so far, but contacting support on many casinos was not a good experience for me.

Well it seems like it wasnt only me and hosemary, yes but i read the rules and since it was never said you have to change or edit them to keep being part of the competition i just wait until a point nearby to the end of the R32 to edit mines since it was a much better thing to do. So i can start the R16 with all correct picks making just one edit. It was a no brainer. But when i tried to do it..... i just found i was eliminated when it was no possible to be eliminated.

I think it is a glitch.

Thank you for your withdrawal fee feedback, I believe Jackpotter would always listen. Though, for me, the withdrawal fees have never been my problem, so long as the casino serves me right, I just done care about a little extra charge. I only plan my withdrawal size rightly per withdrawal. This is good for those who do not withdraw after every winning.

As for my ticket, yes, it ruined, and not only the USA match, but Colo-Colo also drew 2-2 against Deportes Recoleta. However, the USA vs Belgium match was a hell of a game.
