I only managed to complete the first $50 bonus and successfully made withdrawal without full KYC. They only asked for my name and mobile number before I could withdraw. My first withdrawal also took some time around 8 hours before it was approved. (IIRC I posted it here)

Yes, they asked for level 2 verification, but I'm not sure if it's just level 2 or if it goes to level 3. Since I only withdrew $40 which I don't think is a large amount, I decided to cancel the withdrawal after waiting for a few hours and played it until it was gone.

mitchr4 is correct, the KYC requirement isn't about the size of the amount you were attempting to withdraw because what's $40 that it should look so big for any casino level withdrawal, even in the least level $40 couldn't be the limit. From what I understand in the op reply it's obvious their KYC request system is sort of random that all players has to receive different KYC demands based on mitchr4 luck he got the request of a face scan ID which others weren't same.

It’s only about $40, but they already require a face scan on top of an ID? That doesn’t seem right. With such a small amount, I would’ve understood just needing an ID, like a passport.
But a face scan as well seems too strict. Also, did you create a new account, so they asked you for that kind of KYC?

And if other people who have use the casino also did the same then the gambler in question should do the same and withdraw his funds. If the gambler provide all the documents at this stage with just $40, when the person is withdrawing $2,0000 and above, will they still ask KYC again?

Actually, I don't have a problem with that because it might be necessary for verification purposes. But of course, I’m cautious about providing my personal data for it. Right now, I’m avoiding KYC verification as I’m afraid my personal data could be misused, and we never really know. I immediately contacted them and asked about withdrawals, and sure enough, they require level 2 verification for withdrawals. However, before I could speak to a real person, the bot replied that KYC was not required.

I guess this is exactly what triggered their kyc system.
A new user makes a deposit, claims the deposit bonus, completes the wagering requirement (which is not that hard to fulfill) and then makes a withdrawal request.
Any anti-cheating system will flag this as suspicious activity and therefore trigger the KYC process.
It’s normal as those systems are designed to prevent abusers from taking advantage of bonuses and kyc is the only way to identify cheaters.
