I specifically asked if there will be KYC before first withdrawal if it is low like $100 or $200, and they said in most cases no unless they suspect abuse. They said I will eventually need to complete KYC.

My deposit was only $30. No withdrawal. First withdrawal request is $85. My total bet volume should be about $150. About the $100 deposit condition that is just my guess.

I ask support about this recently and they said that’s the standard procedure on all of their withdrawal. It needs a verification first and the process speed is depending to the person in-charge to approve withdrawal.

So I conclude the approval speed is time zone based. I think some user experience almost instant withdrawal since they withdraw on the time frame which they are approving all the pending withdrawal done.
