Hmm 🤔 I don't think I have came knew this about odd fluctuations between casino or sportbooks because for me I have always taught the bookmarkers are the ones responsible for flexing the odds and they do this through stats or probably information gather about that particular game or games on a large scale although am not certain but just speculating because I have seen cases where a team was given a certain amount of odd then all of a sudden as the game drew near the odd just either increase or reduce due to the fact that maybe there is possible chance of one or two players not playing the game or something of sort.

The Champions League changed its format last year and now they have something called a "league phase",  where, instead of the previous format with multiple small groups, there's a one big group and each team plays 8 games. The top 24 teams then advance to the play-offs phase and the remaining ones drop out of the competition.

There are 2 rounds to go.

Betting on Bayern to win the league phase is essentially betting on Arsenal losing to Inter, while hoping Bayern will not only win their remaining two games, but will also make up for the 5 goals difference that Arsenal have over them currently. The chance is slim, but if the payout rate is high enough, it could be worth it.

I guess that they all have the same book providers/makers and that's why we see those odds doesn't have much difference at all. This is the reason why I am lazy comparing the odds in the bookies anymore from different sportsbook. According to what i research about the aspect of bookie. There are some bookies that offer different odds, though, but they are mainly only US available bookies, and it is due to the 4-5% margin used to create odds.
The reason why most odds are the same is that some bookies use feed providers like OddsMatrix, while some bookies copy the odds used by market making bookmakers just like some copy from the Bitcoin concept.

From my opinion odds are being rationalized based on the percentage of gamblers, just equally as the public view or supports. Let say is there are people speculating that 'Team A' gonna win and there are less number of talking about 'Team B" then lesser odd would be allocated to 'A' while higher odds to 'B' because they could be trying regulate the total funds the would be allocated to match if there are much numbers of bettors that happens to win. But must times, the bookie could be wrong at times, because when allocate higher odds to 'Team B" and it happens few people stake and won, they pays out hugely to them.
