Oh, I forgot to mention that this week's Serie A matches are active, while the Spanish League and Bundesliga are off for the week, so there's still entertainment to watch the ball at the end of the year.

Club games being more exciting than national games depends solely on who and who is playing in the national games, and as a matter of fact, club games sometimes gets too boring to watch as well, so it's basically the same thing as the national games though I will agree that the club games is way more popular and supported by fans than the national games that have limited fans within the countries of both respective teams playing.. I think the opposite of this. I think is is even easier to predict Nations league like the AFCON than other leauges. In my estimation, it is simple, countries that have performed poorly or are facing challenges with their national football body or any other serious challenges tend to perform very poorly during the games. Another way to even tell is if you look at the composition of the team playing. In my estimation, it is so obvious in this cases as one can easily make correlations and good predictions.

Another factor of popularity is the audience, if there is not a lot of people watching your league and the people in your locality is not that into your sport then expect that you would not be filling a lot of stadium seats or sold out matches. It will depend on what is the most common sport being played per country. Maybe someday, when globalization for the better will happen, we might see more audiences that share our love for that sport. Another issue that I can think of is the coverage, if it can only be broadcasted in your country then the relevance and popularity of the league would be dependent on your country's population.

The AFCON competition has gone past the years when goals were so difficult to come up with in the games and just like was have seen in the rounds played the scorelines were mostly over 2.5 than under.  I think one of the best tip in this AFCON tournament is to go for the straight win on the team that appears stronger in squad depth, because from all the games the favourites has mostly came out as the winners.
