That is true they wouldn't mind restricting both accounts for having connected to each others, and as you said earlier the main reason you weren't that restricted is because you guys where on safe side which none of you happened to have big winning then they would see they would dig your account to bring out all the connections I regards to both accounts. The rep here already stated that they have never requested KYC from a user so far and have no intention of doing so. There may be some other way the casino resolves cases like that which I imagine does not happen very often.

The questions earlier were about the KYC clause in the ToS, but it has since been resolved. I have played and withdrawn from the casino with zero issues.

I think they really need to improve their monitoring system so they don’t miss out on potential players. It’s very normal for big families to share the same Wi-Fi network. As long as there’s no intention to cheat, that alone shouldn’t be a reason to block people from gambling.

That’s one weakness I see with the casino. If they can build a system that allows the same household to play while still accurately detecting actual cheating, that would be much better for everyone.

Yeah, when you are not doing anything wrong, not having multiple accounts and no other person in your home have account on 2UP.io, then why ask such question from their support. This will create unnecessary doubts in their mind and they may monitor your account too. If I understand you correctly based on your previous post, the issue is that you already had an old account but just lost access to it. If that’s the case, wouldn’t it be better to try recovering that account instead of creating a new one? That way, you’re much safer and less likely to violate the TOS.

Even if support gives you the go signal now, I’d still be cautious. If you end up winning a big amount in the future, that situation could be used against you. Playing it safe from the start is probably the right move here.

That’s a good advice and that’s exacty what they said in their ToS:

Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device we must be informed by the respective Accounts' holders in advance.

Multiple accounts are not allowed but the bolded part states that you need to contact their customer support and inform them in case more than one user share the same IP, device... that makes sense but I'm not sure how they are going to verify that those accounts do not belong to the same person if they do not ask for KYC. It would be interesting to know how they are going to do this!

That is because they felt that they are cheating and using same account to farm their bonus and whatever they feels about those users, however, as a gambler it would be advisable for us to keep ourselves from sharing same data and same network to be at safe side as they believed that human are not to be trusted, whereas anything is very and likely possible.
Hence, anyone gambling should try as much as possible not to get themselves attached with anyone who already have account that particular gambling site otherwise they could be tagged for having multiple accounts.
