People who do not have any issues had their withdrawal requests processed smoothly. I do not think that the platform will steal an amount way smaller than what they pay for their advertising campaign in this forum.  They won't just tarnish their reputation for such a small amount, would they?

I think one of the best tip in this AFCON tournament is to go for the straight win on the team that appears stronger in squad depth, because from all the games the favourites has mostly came out as the winners.

His account was given the reason for the arbitrage and exploitation that he had done. I guess that the support won't just create that reason and disclosure for no reason without proper investigation. While there could be some of these verdict that can be wrong but I agree that they won't just destroy their reputation for that. But I hope that they'll release his deposit soon.

Of course that could be true and is also one of the most difficult to handle by casinos and whenever they noticed such with a user then their cases becomes that complex to handle and of course most casino may not allow them to have their winning withdrawn from the gambling, and most times it is that hard for user to say the truth about their involvement while gambling that is why and reason they mostly rush to come accused the gambling site before whatever so that they could gain more supporter and possibly tarnished the good images of the gambling site.

Only the casino can really provide proof if a user is doing this.

Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with it in general, since some sportsbooks actually allow it, especially the bigger ones, if I’m not mistaken.

But once it’s clearly stated in the TOS, gamblers should be aware that doing it means breaking the rules.

That’s a good advice and that’s exacty what they said in their ToS:

Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device we must be informed by the respective Accounts' holders in advance.

Multiple accounts are not allowed but the bolded part states that you need to contact their customer support and inform them in case more than one user share the same IP, device... that makes sense but I'm not sure how they are going to verify that those accounts do not belong to the same person if they do not ask for KYC. It would be interesting to know how they are going to do this!

At least this is clear now. I haven’t really seen this kind of TOS in other casinos, so I’m glad something like this actually exists. It gives peace of mind to gamblers who have multiple players in one household, and at the same time it can help the casino increase wagers and activity.

This is a common occurrence I see, with people coming in with similar complaints, and the problem is always the same: the casino's response is that the user has violated their rules. This isn't unique to this casino; similar accusations are often leveled even at established casinos.
I'm not trying to blame the user for the complaint, but the casino's response that the user committed a violation, combined with the fact that the casino is well-established, makes me trust the casino more. On the one hand, casinos will have more accounts from the same IP address, but they will certainly have difficulty filtering out that these are not the same users. Very correct. In my estimation, a casino should not even make an exception for having more than one accounts from the same IP address. Abuse is definitely going to be inevitable. And that will be so much burden on the casino and in the case where the casino is unable to verify that account, the player will be quick to label the such casino a scam. And the people reading the accusation will quickly believe the player. Everyone should own their device if they really want to gamble that bad.

That’s the problem with some people, even when they know deep down they’ve done something wrong, they still insist they’re right and keep making excuses. We’ve seen this scenario play out many times on this forum with complaints like this.

The person complaining may actually be a long-time member of this community hiding behind a 'newbie' account to protect their main account from criticism. That’s just my hunch, of course, I’m not entirely sure, but it’s definitely a possibility.

I have not experienced anyone doing arbitrage betting. I only know of arbitrage trading which is not an offense in the exchanges. Some people make money by the price difference between a particular coin in different exchanges.
If this is exactly what it means and how it works in arbitrage betting, there should also not to be a problem doing it.

What I don't know is how it will actually work for betting. Because for trading you could easily buy in one exchange and sell in another exchange. But for betting it is either you are betting with a particular casino or not. When you eventually discover an obvious odd difference, then you go with the casino that offers a better odd.
