No, I never regret getting started with the bitcoin nor introducing someone to it. Bitcoin in the recent age has made more impact to life’s than it has destroyed.
Bitcoin give you the platform to be in charge of your own asset. With your knowledge and network you can make millions seating from your home so that alone is a win for me.
I’ll keep saying this I’ve never regret starting bitcoin but rather regretting why never started as earlier as 2010.
I've introduced Bitcoin to several of my friends and family. Some of them have found success through Bitcoin, learning about blockchain technology, altcoins, trading, and digital investing. I'm happy when some of my friends tell me how their lives have changed for the better thanks to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. They say that if they had only held gold, they might not have made the profits they have today.
But on the other hand, some of my friends and family have discovered gambling thanks to Bitcoin. This is a harsh reality I must share. With Bitcoin, they can gamble on several online sites that accept cryptocurrencies. And they can gamble anonymously because they don't use fiat currency. Some have also suffered significant losses trying to trade futures, tempted by the 10x-100x leverage.
I don't regret introducing Bitcoin to people. But I do regret not helping guide them to the positive aspects of cryptocurrencies.

I wouldn't talk about millions to be made as it sounds like an easy way out of the things you already do if you choose BTC, which is not entirely true..

It's like a good addon to what you already do and know, but it won't change your way of life in a swift month, or even a year Wink

It's very funny how people miss out on golden opportunity to know about Bitcoin in 2017 and yet they failed to take it serious and make the most out of it, I wish I knew about Bitcoin 8yrs old. With the way Bitcoin is going viral globally I don't even recommend anyone telling people about Bitcoin now for security purpose because it's obvious that a lot of people were ignorant about Bitcoin years back compared to this present day everyone is trying to get a hold of Bitcoin and even scam people of their assets if given the opportunity. I have told a few friends about Bitcoin casually and I don't present myself as a holder for my own safety but I only tell them to do research about Bitcoin by themselves because I don't want anyone blaming for their losses in future.

Bitcoin is now more popular compare to 2017, many who called bitcoin a scam have no more reason to keep saying so even when they failed to do their own research, they don't have a reason to call it a scam anymore, even President Trump is now all over it.

Which makes me believe that gone are those days where you are actually helping to create awareness by hosting some gathering or visiting a local school nearby to teach about Bitcoin and the blockchain.

I did this few times in the past but I had more bad experience than good, I ended up creating more enemies for myself than I hoped for, my job was quit easy but my fellow country men and women have their own ways of digesting words and lessons.

Today I have people who don't talk to me anymore and I believe the fault was never mine, I did my part very well, I warned them about software wallets and how they can consider electrum for a time being.

Three of them got their wallet compromised, one lost his bitcoin to a wrong address, I guess clipboard hijacking, these aren't just people, they are friends and family member, but there is one who did all the necessary things and still a holder till date, I wish I can turn back the hands of time and never sit anyone down to teach them anything.

I look like super hero because Trump is supporting Bitcoin, if kamala won the election and the news was Bitcoin had to go, they would have come for me because it looks like they are waiting for such day to come.

What about you? Any regrets?

Well from my own point of view, I will say that you have not done anything wrong by trying to bring your friends up to speed on What is helping people to become a millionaire and billionaires which is introducing them into Bitcoin and also help them to invest in Bitcoin which is the best a good friend can do to his or her fellow human being, because life is all about teaching people how to catch fish instead of giving them fish,

But you know in life people have a different understanding about life, you becomes their enemy now because they made a mistake in one way or the other, but if they have  succeeded and make a huge amounts of money you would have become the best friend so far,if they have listened to your instructions and follow it up it wouldn't have happen to them the way it happens, because I believe that those mistakes they did is their fault as I'm seeing it, because you are their guardian why shouldn't them invite you to put them through in the first place, and why must people proceed to what they know nothing about to the extent of making a very big mistake of their life..

Let me tell you something a friend of mine was the one who introduced me into Bitcoin and encourage me to invest in it during the Bitcoin halving which i didn't, and he told me everything about the Bitcoin, which i promise him that i will bear whatsoever that comes out of it because you didn't do anything bad to me rather you are trying to help me out of poverty..so to my side there's no regrets and it will never be because I don't mingle with people who doesn't understand how the journey of life is...

If you invest in Bitcoin and hold it, you own the asset, but if you leave it in the bank instead of investing in Bitcoin, the bank authorities own your money. You cannot withdraw money without breaking the bank's terms and conditions if you want to, but if you invest in Bitcoin, you can use Bitcoin whenever you need it. Therefore, if someone invests in Bitcoin and regrets it, it is nothing but sheer stupidity.
Again, Bitcoin is an important source of income in the present day. An unemployed youth can easily invest in Bitcoin and make a profit, thereby eliminating the problem of unemployment. I don't think anyone has regretted investing here so far. If they invested in the wrong way, that's a different matter.

I didn't see any person who was not rich in investment in Bitcoin And he has knowledge of Bitcoin and when to exit in the market. Intelligent and smart people always earn in which field they interest for and for Bitcoin, there need of smart people and if people are not smart  ,they will lose lose money and many people invested in Bitcoin because of they saw cars of many people who became rich by that and after that they got motivation from that and they invested their all money in that And now they have no idea what are backup keys of that because their friend did all work and they have no time to learn a little about how many things are important when doing the investment online.

Introducing people to bitcoin is not regretting but getting more understanding about it because the more you explain the more you continue getting more knowledge about bitcoin and be making research to explain better for people that are interested. Others that are into bitcoin will surely have a people that they will always try to Introduce bitcoin too. Because bitcoin is a big investment that can make you achieve your goals when he comes your way that moment, all investors that are into bitcoin and understand how he moves am sure that they will get Others that they Introduce with or try to tell them they have a great investment to do expect they are not interested but they most have one or two people they will like to confuse and he will join them in what they are doing.

This is the best way to go, but then ,how would you convince people to buy Bitcoin when you don't have, it's better to tell the trust and show prove if possible, Bitcoin has suffered negative feedback yet it's proven itself to be number money in the world.  We all missed Bitcoin, and there's no regret over it, I'm always grateful for the friends that invited me into Bitcoin, they made me smile, imagine a life without Bitcoin.

We still have opportunity to own 1 Bitcoin, in years to come we won't be able to own 1 Bitcoin,it will be very costly, just the way it is today. Bitcoin should be our retirement plan, buy and hold for the next 20 to years, you change your generation, you will be so rich.

AmaGold70's point is that he told several friends about Bitcoin, but he didn't show them his assets because he considered it private. I think this is what we should do when educating friends about Bitcoin. Motivating friends doesn't require showing off our Bitcoin. Simply explaining Bitcoin's history over time is far more motivating than showing off our assets, as it's for our own safety.

Telling friends about Bitcoin is something we should do so we can both succeed in holding Bitcoin in the future. It's like your friend introducing you to Bitcoin, making it easier for you to understand. However some people find it difficult to understand, especially those who are too lazy to research it themselves. Therefore we need to first inform them about the risks, not the potential benefits. By explaining the risks, we won't be blamed if our friends experience losses.

Yeah I regret it, should have kept my mouth shut.

The amount of times people calling (or texting) me stuff like “Hey dude, give me $3K, you got that crypto money”.
Or someone wanted to invest and asking something along the lines of “Hey can you turn my $1000 into $10000, I need to buy a car!”

Or the amount of people who bought NFTs or shitcoins and later complain Bitcoin is a scam when they lost 99% while bitcoin only maybe lost 20%.

I never regret introducing people to bitcoin, it is left for them to learn and meet up to the required task ahead of them, Bitcoin is not what can be left unhandled, once a newbie has been introduced to it, then left for such person to pick up the challenge and learn more other things for himself, this will ensure his continuous development and growth towards bitcoin learning, because it's very useful and helpful to keep up with this.

Actually I do regret now that I have introduced Bitcoin to several people and told that I am into crypto. Because every time they find something negative about bitcoin in the internet, or notice its price drop, they always try to make fun of me or try to prove that I am doing something wrong. They never dont notice when its price goes up. I think they are jealous that they have heard or purchased it earlier, and now they try to find an excuse for that.

Haha man, don't we all wish we took it more seriously back then. I had a buddy try to explain mining to me in like 2015 and I just brushed it off. Biggest financial "oops" of my life. You're smart to be cautious now though. The vibe is totally different. It's not just ignorant people anymore, it's also tons of bad actors looking for a mark. Casual mentions and pointing them to DYOR is the only safe way.
