First, it was money, and then develops passion along the way. I’m saying this because when I apply for my job, I’m really in need of money to support my parents, and as a fresh graduate, I don’t have to be picky so I can start earning and give back to my parents.
That was my first perspective about having a career. But now I realized passion matters the most. Because you won’t get to last longer on your career if you don’t love your job. You need to love your job, so that in return your job will also reward you and even lead you to a good promotion.
I think so too, the main thing in both of these, in my opinion, is money, which is quite clear, because many people whose selves are controlled by money prove that money can make us passionate, although there may be those who prioritize passion over money, but it seems that only a small minority. Apart from that, with you who have to work to support your parents, I understand what you are going through and you must be enthusiastic about going through it even though it may sometimes feel annoying or tired, but what you are doing is good behavior because it is one of the good behaviors to repay your own parents who have raised you. I myself am like that. The first impulse is always money. If we find a job with a very high salary, even if it doesn't align with our passions, most people will still take it. With enough money, we might be able to build our own independent careers one day, aligning with our passions. However, for the journey there, it's okay to force ourselves to work in fields we don't enjoy. As long as we can do it and the work is legal, then that's good enough. And we must also realize that simply having an income can sometimes bring happiness and a sense of gratitude. Because sometimes we realize that not everyone is as fortunate as we are.

Talking about our career path, I think we need to address on the two sides because they are so important here, we have to decide on either of the two and if possible consider them both as well, because they are of importance in someone's career path , money is one of the reasons we find ourselves building our career, we also needs the passion required for establishing a smooth and robust pursuant for this same purpose, while of we can have them altogether, things may be more better for us to achieve more in life having them into consideration.

Of course this is a relative situation, a lot of people will have their own ideas about it, but if you start from when you’re young to plan this, you’ll surely get it right.
Money is the major driving force for any career path, whether you’re chasing passion or money it’s same end product; to make or earn a living, no one chases his or her passion just for the sake of being passionate, there’s a goal of making it big and profiting from it. The difference is Passion in what you do gets you the best results, going for just the money can make you have depression when the money is not coming as you want but passion keeps you going when it’s not available.
Advice to younger and maybe Parents discover what you love and try to push your career along that path, it beautiful and great when you make it work.

I myself am like that. Maybe for me who comes from an ordinary economic circle, money is the main driver to work or have a career, maybe it's different for people who are born as rich people who have prepared everything for the future. But that's just my assumption, because I don't know for sure what happened. At first we will aspire to find the job we want, but over time when we don't get what we want, we become indifferent to work, as long as it produces we will do it. Now when we already have a permanent job, then there we will start thinking about what our future career will be like. I guess that's my journey so far.

Passion and money both drive career part but the most important among the two of them should be money, the main reason why we choose career is because of money. You can have a passion for dancing but if you know that dancing is not a lucrative job that can pay you enough to take care of your expenses it won't be wise to choose it as a career. You can do dancing as a part time job or for fun pending when you can get a well paid dancing job. It is better to be doing a job that you don't like provided it doesn't harm your health, do it for money that will make you to live comfortably.

What will be your advice to the younger generation?
When you and your family are facing financial problems, emotions should not be of much value to you or you cannot choose your source of income with emotions even if you want to. Because most of the time, emotional sources of income have less money. If there is enough money there, then you should do that. For me, before doing any work, I will consider the money aspect, then I will consider hard work and finally I will give priority to my emotions. If I have 5 sources of income where the amount of money is equal, then I will look at hard work, if there is no difference there, then I will choose the job I like. The main purpose of our work is to earn money and gain respect. Respect is certainly hidden in the work you like. There is respect in the work you dislike, but it will not seem so respectable to you. So if I have the opportunity to choose, I will give priority to money first in choosing my career, and then I will give priority to my choice.

Ultimately, many people find themselves stuck in their usual profession, not doing what they truly love. They try to earn money and save it so they can quit later and find something they truly enjoy. I think this is the path most people take, including me. I remember that difficult period of work, but thanks to my belief in myself, I ended up doing what I always wanted in life. And now I feel a sense of freedom, and it's a shame that not everyone can escape the drudgery of a job they don't love.

You're right, the two are very important to human beings in the world and people want to have the two if possible, career is good for anyone here to pursue to become a better person tomorrow, but if you prefer funds over career is very good because you can use funds to build up so many things that will make you different from other careers people in the society, as I said before the two are very important to embrace for you to use to grow higher financially and materially, but you have to work hard before you will be able to achieve your career or funds.

Its not always about the money. Sure its great to make alot of money but what if the job is stresful, difficult or just extremely boring. You will not enjoy life. You will hate waking up in the morning and going to a job like that.
You need a balance. Sure you can have a fun job working at some gym but the pay might not be good. The best would be a job that you enjoy with decent pay and it will make you happy. Many people have quit their high paying jobs and went to do something else they love because they just werent happy and this is why many switch careers in their mid life.
For many the money is important but its not the end goal. You won't survive if you want the highest paying job which comes with the highest amount of stress.

That's right, only lucky people can get a job that suits their desires, but many people inevitably have to work to survive to meet their own economic needs or their families so they don't work with what they want. What we have to do is be grateful for what we have because even if we work in a job that we don't like, we have to look out there, there are many people who want a job but find it difficult to get it. Moreover, if we love a job that we previously didn't like, who knows, we might be successful in that field if we are persistent in doing it, it could happen.

The main and most important thing is a good job and career in a large and elite company. Even better become a civil servant. But if I had to choose between passion or money, I would definitely choose passion. By working in a job that aligns with our passion, we will feel comfortable doing that work, as if it's not a job at all, just playing around, even tho we are working seriously

Honestly everyone wants such freedom but how many can work properly for their own future. When I plan, save more money from the job and do something else later. But it never happens. I am able to save but spend that money differently due to timing and circumstances. But I should be more aware of this and work harder. So that the money never fails and later a well-planned plan should be worked. But I think it is quite difficult and quite challenging. But I think savings should never be thrown away. It can be a means of making various plans and investing to save more money.

Let’s not forget that passion isn’t just inborn, but it can also be developed along with time. So if you apply now for a job which you think you aren’t passionate about, but it compensates you well, then there’s high chances that passion can be developed in the long run, especially that you get used to it every single day of your life and you’re having positive experiences that brings more happiness and satisfaction into your life. With this, there’s always higher possibility that you will get to learn to like your job and eventually develop love and passion in the end.
That is the point even the work we have passion for also has a reason why we developed that passion. So, if there is an opportunity for me where I will be well paid, I don’t see the reason why I will not develop passion for that particular job. Even most of those who studied professional courses like Medicine and Surgery, Engineering, or Health-related courses that are currently in high demand it’s not that some of them had passion for it, but rather because they believed they could quickly secure a job, either with the government, in the private sector, or through self employment. Despite the fact that it wasn’t their true passion, they still did well in the university and earned good certificates. That’s how jobs are too if someone finds a job they are passionate about but the pay rate is not good, and another job they’re not passionate about offers better pay, they will likely develop passion for the one with the better pay rate.

It is always best to have them both present. But what is actually the reality now is that not all people are passionate enough on their respective careers. Yes, they do their jobs, but are they doing it well and satisfactory enough? That's the problem that most employers face today. People do not work anymore for positive productivity but only for their personal goals and interest. That is the evident that money matters more to them more than what passion can do to their career. Sad but that's exactly the reality these days.

Yes, money and passion both are important in our career path. If we focus only on money it can give us short term satisfaction but a passion is necessary to keep us motivated. They both are proportional to each other if there is no money we can grow with our passion and if we don’t have passion what will we do of money. We have to find a balance between both of them. We have to do something which we enjoy the most in doing as a passion. Passion bring creativity resilience and growth while money keeps our passion alive with financial support. Passion doesn’t survive without money and vice versa.

You are absolutely saying money is the end product of every jobs out there where an employee would adjust his passion towards any job to better his career right ?Yes, I agree with you, but what I find certain is that, time reveals lot of things. You can't adjust yourself what you never have passion for, for too long, it will one day be obvious that you never love the jobs which may attract to be fired on such worker, or as the case may be.

passion is not an inborn it is what we decide to do so it's not being an inborn from my own understanding of what passion is all about, what causes a passion is Environmental relationship between someone and people that it associated with, let me relate what I am saying with what you said about happiness, happiness is something that you decide to do on your own and you don't care about other people so it is something that they give you joy which it will not give another person the same joy is given to you, so it is like a passion when you are passionate on music it derive you happiness but someone know is not passionate on music it is very obvious that music will not give that person a happiness

you see their father who was watching television when he saw a tennis player win a check? Not a calling of some deep passion. He did the math. And, yes, it did, but only because he could drive them to practice, contacts to get access to the court, had some form of stability to do planning years in advance. Most parents are doing math to know whether they could afford the school field trip
I've been on both sides of this. Accepted a job I did not like because it had a good payment, saved up enough to quit, spent the next two years working on the job I loved with almost nothing. You know what I learned? The passionate broke was merely... anxious all the time. Was unable to concentrate on the task at hand since I was financially planning the groceries. At least, the miserable well-paid version slept at night. Neither felt like winning
I felt that, your interview question thing. Their question is what do you love, and they are paying you $15 per hour and no benefits. As passion is meant to replace rent money. In the meantime the real solution is: I care about not getting kicked out, about my child having good shoes, about the possibility of having a retirement before I turn 80. You can not say that then you are not a culture fit
The new generation does not require counseling on balance. They require salaries that reflect productivity increases in the past four decades. The rest is merely us deluding ourselves that individual mind state can resolve structural issues

How do we balance this? Have you ever been in such situations? What will be your advice to the younger generation?
In my opinion, having money will help you to grow your passion, you will have enough resources and time to practice your passion, but without money, the passion will easily died especially if you are not making g money whatsoever you are doing and you still have no source’s of income, so the passion can only be well seen if you have money to make it looks the way you like it and make money from it; you all need money to chase money; therefore, money first then passion can follow.

There is hardly anyone in today that you would fined to be confined to the bounds of what they love as a means to earning. The few that you would find are those that are into the entertainment and sporting industries. Those whose very craftsmanship resides in talent. Once you are able to develop it, you see yourself to push for it and be better at it. When you just haven’t, it gets scary to venture because, you can’t afford to fail in an unforgiving economy. Passion has driven me to the means of earning, although I’m not in conflict with my means to earning but, it’s certainly not passion.
