There are many who prefer business to job. But it depends on the person's condition and mentality. A person can live a beautiful and independent life by doing a good job if he wants. If you have skills and you have good contribution to the place where you work, then you will be in a good position even if you do a job. You can give a lead to the entire sector yourself. And if you do not have skills and qualifications, then you will have to depend on others to do the job, then you will not have your own independence, and income will not be high. In that case, you may not like the job. If you go into business or investment, you have to take a lot of mental pressure. If you take too much risk, you may end up facing losses after investing a lot of time. It is very important to live a beautiful life without mental pressure in life, which is available in many cases if you get a good job. Therefore, which one is better for whom depends entirely on the person.

So this days people are not allowed about Thier jobs but survival and in my experience they just want to put food on the table neither it makes them happy or not they force themselves into it just to make sure they are well feed this has shifted jobs from being loved to being ensured, if you find yourself in a bad economy you would probably consider that too but if you find yourself in a better one you can decide to quit a job you don't find happiness in so, survival is the new rule and a survival is a winner.

You’ve explained the difference between business and jobs very well. Everything is depend  on your mindset, personality and skills and self confidence and situation. If a person do job and earn a wealthy salary and felt comfort with his job and satisfied with it then job is better source off income for him. There are also quite a lot of people who seek fame in the workplace, but when examined carefully, they're empty shells and lack any concept at all. Disharmonious work environments arise purely from leaders who only listen and see with one eye and hear with one ear. As leaders, they should be role models and parents. The parent I'm referring to here is the typical leader who knows what's most important and prioritizes the office and their team.

If they only create and choose people they like, dividing lines will be created, gaps will arise, and a harmonious atmosphere will be lost. Ultimately, the company's ultimate goal, or the top management's desire, will not be met at the end of the year.

I initially took a low-paying job, earning so little that I didn't even feel the pride and freedom of my first paycheck. As for my next job, it paid a huge amount, and I simply couldn't believe how much people were earning there during the interview. But after a couple of months, that joy vanished because all my obligations were eating into my paycheck.

Many people end up feeling stuck in jobs they don’t really love not because they hate the work itself but because of the environment around them respect and appreciation are what truly motivate people to give their best but sadly in most workplaces those things are missing owners and managers often care more about productivity and profit than about the wellbeing of their workers and that slowly kills passion.

When someone spends half of their life at work it’s not just about earning a salary it’s about feeling valued having good communication teamwork and fairness can make a regular job feel meaningful even if the pay isn’t perfect but when there’s constant pressure lack of appreciation and no respect people start losing interest and just work for survival. Sometimes people compare salaries, but they don't try to compare the workload. However, working with one's own strength and working with one's own skills and brains are usually different. Well to answer your question I don't really love the job I'm doing currently, because that's not the kind of job I really wished for myself, but I'm doing the job because that's the job that is available for me right now. But for me it will make more sense whereby someone is doing a job that he or she loves, because when you are doing a job that you love, as in your dream job believe me  you will always be happy to go to work always without grumbling or murmuring. I think that boredom and fatigue will remain even if you consider it a hobby or you love the job, because you have been doing it for a very long time, there is always a time when we are bored with the same situation every day at work, even though the salary is large and or there is no problem, often boredom and fatigue come naturally, fun things will become bland if done continuously or for years.

I don't love my job because it is not what I want to do but I have to do but one thing I have to share is, any job you are doing, that is covering your bills, and making your life a bit easier you should be thankful as it gives us wings to fly.

If I am not employed somewhere and not earning some money, I feel not so good because, how I can be, I have bills to pay, I am young, I want to marry as well haha, so have to hustle haha.

Whatever kind of job a person is doing it does not matter, eventually, if they work hard enough and do their prayers they will eventually get their dream job.
