I am a 100% regular sportsbook player. I actually respected your stance against this stupid, corrupt casino industry and thought Duel was different. So I deposited €189, placed literally ONE single sports bet, and won €386.

Immediately after that single win, your system completely gutted my limits to pocket change.

Your account is being marked as advantage player, and casino are restricted any player who as advantage player. By the way is nothing new, even in real casino vegas they also can refuse you to play (if you advantage player).

You should out after solved your case (unless you are casini player are losing in a casino and mix up with sportbet). They allowed you to play on a casino. But, if you fully sportbet player and your PnL positive (majority you will be marked as advantage player). Getting a review, limit is being reduce to a cent, hard time to withdraw.

i don't think it's duel doing this to you, it's 100% betby which is their sports provider, and they are very known to be trigger happy with limiting and flagging players who are value bettors.
if you had been limited on other casinos using betby, then no matter where you go, they will follow you and limit you on every casino that uses them.

Well it depends, if they are just stopping you for no reason, it will have social consequences which will ruin your reputation. The more fit analogy would be to limit some one on a unlimited buffet because of his eating capacity. But that would also harm the reputation of that buffet.

Well the girl is openly being racist and xenophobic. She said somethings about certain countries due to which her X was perma banned.
They also have midgets, disabled people without arms and literaly nazi uniformed dealers.

I think these 'antics' at some point stop being funny/entertaining and outright harmful and even illegal if they were in other countries jurisdiction.

Froze account = bad
Forfeit balance = bad
Seize amount = bad
Refuse to process the withdraw = bad

Could you please give me some more details on what he said about some countries on Twitter, I discovered all this stuff way after her account was banned, so I have no idea about the reasons of her losing her account. I only know it happened because she sometimes mentions she is afraid of losing her Instagram account in the same manner she lost her Twitter (X).

Considering the stuff she does on duel Blackjack, I assume she said something hateful or harmful about India or Israel?

he can definitely do that, but even though there are hundreds of crypto casinos out there, specifically the ones with a sportsbook, there are like only 4 or 5 providers, and betby is taking like 50% of the market, so it doesn't really matter where he plays, he will get the same treatment if he is flagged on the provider level.
