Wait a minute... One thing is to try to capitalize controversy in order to position a casino in the spotlight of internet and perhaps getting some backlash because of it, but a completely different thing is to plan to exit scam thousands of gamblers and flee with hundreds of thousands (or even millions of dollars).
One thing does not actually have anything to do with the other one.

In the worst case, Duel could be fined or get some problems with their license issuer, but talking about an exit scam is literally calling the administration of this casino to be potential scammers.

It’s started last May at least when I first saw it and play but back then most of the time the dealer is a special guest unlike now that most of the time it’s just a regular dealer.

I think license providers might notice if this kind of promotion keeps happening. It is true that publicizing controversy can bring in new players fast, but long term reputation could get damaged because of it.
Adding more controversial content like this does not look like a good idea for staying in the crypto casino world in the long run.

I never saw an official live stream back then. Instead, I frequently saw a surge of influencers creating post and video reactions for their live table. Probably, they want the main blackjack table to become the livestream since they setup the table chat box open for everyone even not a player sitting on the blackjack table.

They also have tip feature so I guess they all-in on their social media marketing to drive traffic directly on the live table.
