Winners who cash out from this casino literally CANNOT deposit their earnings anywhere without getting frozen.

A risk level like this usually means it will be almost impossible to recover your funds.

I was monitoring the Wagyu dashboard and I noticed that all deposits coming from Duel are being marked as severe risk.

This risk profile is usually reserved for addresses coming from literal IRL robberies and terrorism and it is now being applied to a casino.

I don't know if this is the casino mafia (Shuffle) getting back at the recent success of Duel after being overtaken.

Or if its because of Ossi Ketola's eccentric marketing which I personally find funny.

Regardless of the reason this is ridiculous.

People are allowed to gamble and this reads more like a censorship attempt than anything else.

If you want to derisk your funds and also anonymize them in the process I recommend:

Withdrawing from Duel into XMR using http://Wagyu.xyz, and then swapping back into your coin of choosing.

This will remove the risk score and making the origins of the funds anonymize.

No, this is actually the first time I have read about it and if this happens to be true, then I am afraid this is incredibly serious. It is nothing but an attempt by some entity to make people scared of gambling their money and depositing on Duel.

It does not make sense for an address of a bug casino to be flagged at the same level terrorist organizations or some crime syndicate.

Has there been some official communication by the administration of Duel on this issue? They cannot ignore something as serious as this, it could lead to a huge loss of deposit volume on their casino in a very short period of time.

That reeks of self-promotion IMO haha. My take is he's just using Duel to promote his website wagyu. He's even recommending folks to convert their funds in wagyu to solve the supposed problem like magic lol. I don't see any other sources either. Though, let us know if anyone happens to see some.

Maybe it is self promotion, but I think I saw news before where a hacker deposited to Duel before they moved the money to another place. Maybe the connection is what increased the risk to the Duel address

That's a very sad news, I think everyone should stay away from this casino to be on safe end. The withdawals someone receives from this casinos get tagged as negative and that's why it's of no use for normal users because after receiving the funds they won't be able to convert their cryptocurrency funds into fiat or to safe cryptocurrencies with low AML score thus it's going to be very frustrating for the users. Even it's blacklist free now, it might change in the future. Centralized exchanges can do their jobs in centralized ways and can mark your deposits, your fund, your account as risky by many reasons. You almost can not debate with them like how wrong they are about your funding deposits and when they freeze your fund, you will have big trouble.

It can happen with your deposit from Duel's addresses or from other casinos or other platforms.

Funnily enough I've had some issues with Binance recently, too. I've been using their services for many years, a binance card user as well with decent trading volume. A couple of weeks ago they started spamming me with "Source of Wealth documents needed" - I provided everything I had and after some time they backed off but then I got a warning because "You have sent and received funds to/from gambling services which is prohibited as per our terms". I searched through their ToS and they make no mention of gambling services, anywhere. When I pointed this out the reply I got was "This is our terms, do not receive funds from any gambling services or you will be banned".

Interesting, anyone know if sites like ff.io or changenow will consider that and block transactions?

I use duel sometimes but probably not anymore if this is true and exchanges start freezing these funds

Personally, I never liked Duel though this feels like a load of crock to me since it is pretty evident that he was shilling for that site in a unique manner. Almost all popular crypto gambling sites have similar risk profiles and none of their customers had their funds frozen.

I would be extra cautious with this site in particular though after their recent coldcard issue linkup. Stick to primarily transacting through your personal crypto wallets people.
