People are probably tired of this kind of boxing. I mean, they aren't really seeing an actual fight. Also, compared to Jake Paul's fight against Mike Tyson, there isn't much hype to this fight.

Jake Paul has had 13 fights, and many of them have been against older, washed-up fighters. People will eventually get tired of this kind of boxing; it's overhyped. There will come a point when Jake Paul realizes this.
He needs to stop doing exhibitions and go for rated boxers. Joshua can be a good start, but people are seeing the same situation in all his exhibition fights.
This is my first post on this thread, and I agree this fight should be getting a lot of hype, but it isn't. Could it be because Joshua is on a slide and this could be a career and legacy-ending fight.

Don't judge by size, in the boxing industry size does not matter who will win the bet. we can see that from Mike Tyson and some other fighters which he has brought down and also Israel Adesenya who has fought many huge guys and still won so AJ size doesn't matter yet I agree with you that he has the game in his favour in terms of strength and capacity but however it's also true that Paul is a man who is expected to rig the fight so here we are just going to bet on both persons who ever wins.

Mike Tyson was a legend, Jake Paul is just a 6 foot youtuber who is getting overpaid for training up and pre-arranging fights.  The size difference between him and a career boxer does matter; his team has put in understanding boxers will fight with one hand behind their back figuratively.   He cant overcome underdog disadvantage like that, he isnt that unique skilled talent but I credit his team making this castle in the sky type of entertainment work out for those involved as its big money for sure.

If it's a serious real match and there's no match fixing behind it, Joshua will easily win this fight. The power of his punches and his skills are very clear. Anthony Joshua is far superior to Jake Paul. If Jake Paul wins, it's likely that there was match fixing or that Anthony Joshua underestimated his opponent and didn't train properly and seriously.

From the updates I've been seeing online thus match doesn't seem to be a fixed match it means that jake paul is in a hell of a problem because he isn't really on the same level as Anthony Joshua. like you said, if jake paul wins it means that it is a fixed match, paul is a skilled fighter but when it comes to fighting Anthony Joshua he is not experienced enough to face him head on, let's see how it goes

I think Jakes fights are not scripted, but there is a rule in contract that his opponent can not knock out Jake or injure him really bad, because that would or might end Jakes career and boxing business. On the other hand, his opponents are not newbies, if they are not allowed to knock out Jake, why dont they then dominate and win by points? Why Jake opponents never go that way? A win is a win, and it does not matter if you win by points, by KO, doctor stoppage, ref stop the fight after number of knockdowns.

I want to believe that his fights are not scripted but remember the fact that he is a YouTuber even though he is a boxer...his fight against tyson seemed really scripted to me because even though tyson is no longer in his prime due to age and health factors it doesn't change the fact that he is still formidable, he is fast, strong and still has a lot of experience because he has been fighting for years. he wasn't supposed to stand tyson.

It's also risky for Joshua. I read a post about Hearns saying that if Joshua loses, they should all retire, so a huge responsibility is on Joshua's shoulders.
I have seen their face-off, and Joshua has a considerable physical advantage, but mentally, Jake Paul has the upper hand. Just imagine if he can beat this guy, who was once a world champion for a long time, this will give him a massive reputation and a legacy, so Jake will do everything and pull every trick he has to beat Joshua, even if he scores a draw it's still considered a win for Jake Paul.

People again have started to talk how this is going to be a suicide fight for Jake, give him no chances, that he should prepare ambulance or coffin. Fair enough, I think we could give credit to Jake Paul for doing that. We thought that he will be just a ordinary Youtuber, but he elevated himself to be a sports athlete and then trying to become one of the biggest in terms of boxing or exhibition matches.

So from a Youtuber->boxing pro, that is already a big accomplished. Others can take inspirations from that and be motivated to become of the most successful individual who crosses path. And that big money that he is earning is due to his hard work.

Yeah somehow its amazing to see the sudden shift of his career and this is great achievement for him. For sure no one expect that he might come into this level since he is just a influencer before, but now taking big stage fight champions. Although many say its scripted fight but still he earns lots of money in this fight and get great experience together with those champions.

I saw an article about this. Apparently, Jake's team wanted Anthony Joshua to be at 245lbs during the weigh-in to at least have some disadvantage.

Another thing to mention though is that it seems that the ticket is not sold out? And one of his tweet says "Buy your tickets NOW (LINK IN BIO)🎟️". If this has been sold out, for sure Jake Paul is very proud to mentioned it.

It's the obvious, Jake wanted Joshua to be at 245 lbs to make him uncomfortable and again he hasn't had that weight in years. I don't think that people are tired of this boxing, if you will observed here, there are someone who appreciate Jake Paul in the way he brought up this kind of exhibitions fight and see himself as boxer. And then he has this background as a Youtuber on how to promote and wake up some fans on how this fight will turn out. It's either Joshua going to knock him cold, or if he has a chance against a not so prime HW that has power. So fans might be intrigue by it. But we will see how is the tickets sale during the actual fight itself. Maybe it will be close to sold out with few fre and complimentary tickets to be given just to make the arena full.

Placing such bet would not be wise, as there are better options available, i.e. betting on AJ NOT winning by KO/TKO/DQ currently has a better payout (x4.17) and would cover the fight going to the distance as well as Paul winning (by any method). So you got a better payout for more outcomes that would give you a win.

I'm tempted to place a bigger bet on AJ winning, plus some smaller hedge bets on weird outcomes like a draw or other/no-contest, just to have a softer landing if they scripted something less predictable.
I think the least possible option is Jake Paul winning by decision. Betting against that gets you almost x1.04.

Professionally jake paul isn’t on the same level as Anthony Joshua so it is actually not a fair fight to me if it is not scripted. jake paul doesn't have that much experience to compete with a fighter like Anthony Joshua, it is going to be more like an embarrassing match for him. it was obvious that the match between him and Mike tyson was staged that's the reason why he was able to keep up. But this is also going to be a risky match for Anthony Joshua because if he losses he would need to quit, I think that was the agreement
