It’s a marketing gimmick, used especially by crypto projects, who hire an “intern” to run their social media accounts and other communication channels and they always post really edgy content to get people’s attention. See this example from the Litecoin social media account https://x.com/litecoin/status/1958139454964543564

The whole tone of the email indicates that it’s meant to be humor, but I can see how the joke may have fallen flat if you weren’t familiar with the trend. Humor doesn’t transcend cultural differences very well sometimes.

I don't see a problem with the message itself but i am fairly surprised because it is the first time I am seeing a message coming from a company in this formatting/language. It is like he is sending  you a personal message via telegram/whatsapp and even then he should have had some serious language since he is representing a company but sine we live in a meme century, anything is ok as long as it works i guess and that message, that message just works. I have read it fully and normally if a message is sent from somewhere i am not interested in, i dont even check its content, straight to the trash can but this message, this one made me read it all. That means they know exactly what they are doing and I expect no less from casinos which make their money using math an being at the right side of the bets.

It does happen IRL though especially with the gen Z/ Alphas since they are almost chronically online, so the marketing department gotta put them to good use Smiley
