What happened::

I tried this bookie because saw his official threat and all looked OK, i deposited 1.2k USD if im not wrong , did a couple bets, lost more than won and they limited my account, couldnt bet anymore so decided to withdraw all balance which was near 850 USD, ordered withdraw 3 days ago, pendign and pending, opened chat today and told them to stop playing , that i will open a threat here and on askgamblers, they told me everyday that my withdraw was pending review, after my last message they closed my acc....not even in profit on this bookmaker , they close my acc and confiscate my losings. Totally scam

Such cases are so hard to investigate or make a conclusion from without looking at both sides of the story or what they based on to conclude that you were involved in syndicate betting. The best kind of people who can help you out on this are third party mediators like Askgamblers.

If you are very confident that you did nothing wrong, then give it a shot.

Like what logfiles said, it's hard to make a conclusion about cases like this since we can't see evid nice that they have. Also, if you are going to submit a complaint on askgsmblers, you might also want to try posting a complaint on casinomeister, but I am not sure if casinomeister accept sportsbetting related issues.

OP what would help your case a little is posting your bet history to show us how and what you bet on

I really hate this vague reasoning by sportsbook to block player accounts, you arent even in profit so even if you were doing some syndicate betting its good for casino lol

Regardless unless theres some solid proof of you betting on fixed matches etc they should certainly pay your balance which is just a part of your deposit

OP what would help your case a little is posting your bet history to show us how and what you bet on

I really hate this vague reasoning by sportsbook to block player accounts, you arent even in profit so even if you were doing some syndicate betting its good for casino lol

Regardless unless theres some solid proof of you betting on fixed matches etc they should certainly pay your balance which is just a part of your deposit

i did 4 or 5 bets on tennis i doubt it was more, and they closed my acc so no way i cant access

I just had look at their rules,

3.5.3-3.5.6 is what you are looking for.

to put it short
You have failed to achieve outcome in live chat / support@epicbet.com - this phase is done.
3.5.5 states if its not resolved you can escalate sending e-mail to: complaints@epicbet.ee - im not sure if this phase is done or not as it seems they have made their final decision already but still wont harm to send e-mail there and see if its their final answer.
3.5.6 states that if you are not satisfied with outcome you can contact EMTA: hasart@emta.ee -

i would advise to take all these steps in correct order. If all that is done and you are still not satisfied theres small claims.

Small claims is basically a court however its better you google about it yourself

Well, I haven't heard the consent and agreement to enter that binding ruling from Epicbet's side. EpicCharles? I only got from them the mail that i mention on this threat, what they want me to answer ? they are basically saying that they confiscate my funds without any option from my side

User in question has not responded anything to the email we sent him despite me personally and the forum members here telling him multiple times to be in contact with our customer support. Until he doesn't escalate this internally, we are considering this case closed.
