I hate the way we have to look at results in FPL Challenge, 144 points with one player left (Wilson) and cryptosale on 146 (no players left) I should have enough to take first spot unless Wilson does an epic stinker, 2 points from him are all I need, so just a start and to stay on the pitch until 60th minute is already enough.

On the other hand I have no idea if someone can do even better, too lazy to click squad by squad, but I am hoping everyone has already had all their players play or they have one more to go and in vast majority of cases that should be Wilson.

I've looked at the other teams and these are the closest ones:

FREE STERLING (142 point) have 1 mid player left

Ozymandias_DZ (140 point) have 1 mid player left

Last chance saloon (137 point ) have 1 mid player left ( told he have wilson)

genu (136 point) have 1 mid player left

I think they all have wilson on the team. but if it had been me I would have taken a chance and changed wilson to another player. All in or nothing😁

What other player? I don't think there is anyone left worth having other than Wilson. All other Fulham midfielders that are worth something are on AFCON. Maybe Smith-Rowe, Berge or King but I link my chances with Wilson against any of them.

It is neck-breaking trying to navigate the results and standings, you'll have to go several pages just to check even your own or the league you're in, awful design and negative on both the interface and experience...

There aren't too many players to pick from, once the lineup is available I might go a different route from Wilson, there is much more to gain going against the pack than is to lose, I believe.

Now I get it, I didn't realise you can change your team even at this moment. Let the mind games begin, maybe I will change my pick as well  Since now I realise my position isn't as secured as I thought it was.

Yup, agreed - I thought I was having a fantastic round and it was actually mediocre.

This new challenge (+6 points for chance created) is a fun one. I did it out of my head but wished I had a bit more time to check some OPTA stats as well.
I have a feeling most of my selected players are creators but I'd like to back some of my selections (like Cherki in front of both Haaland and Foden) with some real data.

2. Higher number of points scored by the cheapest player in each squad - for all of you it is Verbruggen, still a tie
3. Better overall ranking

I knew everyone had Wilson or gonna stick with him so I went with Kevin but changed to smith row in the last minute!  And smith row was one contribution away from defcon! Anyway it was a tight round well played to everyone and congratulations

Smith Rowe would have been my choice as well, I watched the game, it was super close. If he didn't get out before getting that last contribution, or if Fulham conceded a goal - then cryptosale would have stayed first.

Congrats guys my round was terrible  made too many risky plays thinking I was on to something but in the end I failed myself 
This new challenge is pretty interesting though I must say, it makes you have to kinda think outside the box well for me at least cause I don't know much about football like that.
But will do a little bit of digging and see what happens, well not too much don't data overload.

Congrats to the winner, i though I'm gonna win this time but forgot that some people still got player on match  . From last week I saw Semenyo is very good, but I forgot to put him instead putting Bruno and Kroupi Jr.

I'm gonna make my team stronger on next game week hopefully

I think this time around nobody will have a team similar to mine. I'm without both Haaland and Foden, it looks terrible in 'classic' fantasy terms.
Hopefully my footballing eye isn't blurry, I did pick players that I feel create a lot. Then again, if Foden scores 3 goals, not even that will save me.

In my opinion, big chance created is not connected with assists. Big chance is a big chance and then it can also be an assist if it is directly converted. In my mind I am imagining following: Cherki lifts the ball over defense for Foden who is one on one with keeper and has Haaland on the second post. At this moment big chance points are there for Cherki and he gets the assist only if Foden scores.

But this is guessing on my part, I didn't even know you can change players until last deadline before previous GW. Lot for me to learn about in this mode but I must say it is much better then I thought it was when we started playing it

I was looking at who has created the most big chances in the EPL, and he’s injured — Bruno. It’s funny how he got injured just as we have this festive challenge. I was thinking of playing a 1-3-1 formation this week.It has a slight advantage over the 1-2-2 formation.

You’ve got that right though, there is a twist to it you know. Creating big chances always comes with some potential of having a good number of them being converted. That’s if you haven’t got a player like Jackson on your team.

You know, I completely missed today to be a fay for the early kickoffs, even after placing some bets earlier, I never really looked at the timing for the Manchester United 1:0 Newcastle fixture.

That one really screwed with me in fantasy and on the ticket. I was sure Newcastle will get something and I was quite confident Gordon can be a part of that something Don't see a lot of big chances created so far in PL. Seems like this challenge will have much lower points than first one in the Festive games event.

Good choice Cherki... whereas I put Haaland in the squad to get more points but he played poorly and only got 4 points with the captain's armband.

Expecting Waltemode to score... this team didn't score at all, maybe because MU is playing well, while Newcastle is in decline.
