Will probably help me keep the top spot - will check properly tomorrow after all the points will be added.

If all he needed was 5 minutes after checking in to get an assist who knows what might have happened if he played the whole game today, not bad, that assist was duly needed for me to stay insight too, and Haaland no appearing at all reduced the damaged he did from the weekend.

With Arsenal at home to Burnley Raya seems like the obvious call but I think there's a better way to play this.

I’m definitely not going to have Raya in my selection although he’s the current one in my draft, I have a feeling that Burnley would get on the scoresheet against Arsenal, so I need to play it another as well.

Yup had a feeling it might happen too but what can we do it's Pep afterall gotta expect some weird shit when he's behind the helm, dropped almost out of top 5. I need a huge round next game week to gain some ground so at least when the last week comes around it wont be that bad, but still I'm amazed I'm even in the convo for top 5 I must say.

So, Cherki managed to squeeze one assist which made me climb up by one spot in the event. I hoped that I would get at least one more assist from other players, but I'm OK with how this GW ended up. It's better to climb one spot than to fall a few spots The next GW with the goalies will be interesting. I think that other players and their scoring will be pretty important too.

It was quite close at the end. Could have gone my way but you clawed one back. 9:4 now in my favour.



Time to proclaim GW36 winners. Very low scoring, expected much more across the board.

Top in the event standings with a little breathing room, that is the main goal anyway.

Arsenal will have like 70%+ chance for a CS, way higher than anybody else. Considering that we'll be captaining GK's, a CS is worth 20+ points.
The more I think about it, the more I feel like I will just go safe. My position in the league demands it - if my GK (Pickford, obviously) concedes, I'll potentially lose 15+ points against anybody else.

That just makes me move from Saka to Ndiaye - which doesn't look terrible as well.

Btw, I don't think it's in Burnley to do some damage at this stage of league, and with City getting in on the positive goal difference, this could be that game Arsenal would want to score for fun just to have more goals on their side than Citeh should the title be decided by goals.. Raya will definitely be the consensus pick for sure but you know how football goes nothing is guaranteed at all and we gotta take some risks, Burnley could very well score a goal in the first half for all we know cause they have been scoring now but I guess we'll see if that happens.

Sometimes it's better to take a risk with as unpopular pick then to play it safe. Just look how paco92x won 68 points by going with Calvert-Lewin and even captaining him. I'm not saying that a goalie can do it (he would need a CS and 36 saves to get 68 points), but sometimes it's better to take some risk.

Oh yeah and I plan to why not I have nothing to lose really and truly so why not take a chance, I did it before and won a game week so I'll definitely try it again if it works of course that would be amazing if not it won't be too bad but we all know how football is sometimes what we expect just doesn't happen.

I guess I was probably looking at it the wrong way before, I didn't even consider how difficult it would be for GK's facing even Arsenal or Man City to make 6 saves, but that would have been 8 points, only 2 less than what a cleansheet from Raya if he does have it, I'll just have to circle back If I can get another GK with 3 potential saves and a 30% chance of clean sheet, then I might take a risk if not, I'll definitely be going template and try to make sense of it in other areas.

The play here is to take Burnley keeper. Everyone expects Arsenal to destroy them, in other words perfect game for a 0:0 match. If that happens Burnley GK is guaranteed at least 6 saves and clean sheet and max bonus points 

Could be my play here, nothing much to loose at this point and a lot to gain if it works out.
