It's the same for me. It's hard to find any kind of motivation when there is no way to win anything. I think that last season it was much easier to win more points. This season I have a feeling that one player getting a bonus should be counted as an accomplishment.

I have an idea. Since I'm not Mafia and I don't have the budget to play a sidebet each week, do you want to play for a 1 mBTC this game week? Just to see if the 1 mBTC motivation will get us more points.

I made an Epicbet account last month but forgot to deposit so I missed out ont the first Event prize.
I just deposited yesterday. Hopefully it's still in time to receive this gameweek prize.

So fantasy isn't my strong suite but it turns out FPL challenge is even worse. Really put some thought into this and can still lose badly, and Haaland on the team is still the easiest choice to make -- fuck Away Days.

I had a hang of it last season, but this season has been nothing short of disappointment, I can only take solace in you doing worse than me.

Doing better than me gives you solace? Wait til you find out you're doing better than me at everything, you will feel like in Paradise. I do understand the feeling though, used to be the best of the worst. Now I'm just the curd at the bottom of spoilt milk.

This season FPL has new GW rules. They are keeping GW open for 24 hours after the last match ends. That effectively means I have to wait a day more before proclaiming winners just in case something gets changed. Rewards will be out tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I have noticed that because I always try to see my position on the table after the first day's games have been played, but it never shows. I guess they add points to the table only the next day. So if we have 4 games on Saturday, everyone on the table will have 0 points until Sunday morning. It was weird at first because if I remember correctly, during the last season points were added to the table immediately and then changed if they needed to be changed.

Arsenal at home vs Everton is tempting. As an Everton fan, playing at Emirates is one of the fixtures I'm not looking forward to every season.
I wonder should I keep putting my faith on Saka again. He had let me down the last 2 gameweeks.

It's much easier than that - and to be honest, it kinda sucks.
There's a toggle somewhere, you just press it and it automatically filters only the players that have been there for 5+ years.

Neither Gross nor Haaland have the bonus. Haaland is in City 4 years and Gross had that transfer to Dortmund in between.

One game that can easily become a bloodbath just like what we witnessed in the Champions League..is the Manchester United game, with captain Bruno undermining the Carrick tactics, and the butcher doing his own damage, I think the return of a winning team isn't happening anytime soon.. if United wants to see wins let them bench the likes of Bruno and other big names just to send a message of " no player is bigger than club" !
