Anytime I see AI discussion, I don't see much threats than the Chatgpt, Gemini, and bunch of AI videos I saw on TikTok, what has AI does to take people's job, even with AI the human power is needed because AI are not 100% reliable but they are going to help you makes your jobs easy. There is nothing a matchine can do as a stand alone that doesn't need the human support, we should not over hype this things because of the things we watch in the movies.

I remembered watching one AI movies produced By Will Smith, that movie is 10 years plus old today but I can tell you that half of what was done in that film, there is no machine on earth that can replicate such today. They say in 2013 that by 2025, we are going have flying cars in 2025 but today we have electric cars with challenges of battery to take you to a very far journey. Our imagination about reality is high that we don't know we have big limitations with our technology.

Basically yes, but there will still be jobs that are disrupted by AI, such as data analysts, customer service, AI can replace them, and if you've heard that Microsoft is firing employees and using AI for the parts they can do it is much more effective and flexible.

Technology has always scared people at first because every new invention feels like it is coming to replace something important in their lives. cars the internet tractors heavy machines all faced resistance because workers thought their jobs would vanish yet with time these tools only made life easier and opened new kinds of work. You're right, I think the builders intention was just to reduce some hard labours and not for them to replace human beings because I could imagine most of the things that AI is doing out there which human beings can't be able to do it and even though they will forced themselves to do it, they would definitely go through some severe pains which they might not even make it to work the following day. But 3rd world countries could be reap the benefits of AI. Perhaps some 1st rate countries are going to invest on them with regards to AI making their population being educated on the used of AI itself. I think everyone should benefit from  and we should not think of AI as immediate threat. It will be then mankind is doomed. But we have survived since the beginning of time and there's nothing that can wipe us out right now except maybe what destroys the dinosaur. There is nothing like uneducated country, there may be a high number of uneducated people existing in a country and those people aren't very much in danger yet if they work on government agencies. The people more exposed are those working with private companies since private companies are always striving to cut cost and increase efficiency, so the average workers may be laid off in the near future since less workers with the knowledge of AI can even give a better output and the company can increase productivity and cut cost from paying more people salaries with the usage of AI tools.

AI is used to lighten human workloads and of course, to save more time. The human role is still needed, meaning that humans and AI in a company function with the same goal and complement each other. I always said this, AI is not something that can do something all by itself, a human needs to be in touch with it and use it to benefit from it, which means you still need to hire people to use AI, it's like a tool. A.I cannot be a threat to job security in any way,  yes it can maximize time and profit but it replacing its not totally possible in my opinion it is only there to augment ones skills and  help you get on with a more productive skill on your job. It does the things that do not really require the human presence but it makes you focus on more serious things.
AI coming into the picture was a threat to many people especially those that feel like AI can do there job better than them but the truth is it does not replace what you can do it only shapens to be more productive and useful.
