Uneducated people like those who don't have a certificate or those who went only for the certificate but know nothing about what they studied. Lately, i have seen uneducated people in terms of academics handling more technical aspects of industrialization much better than a few persons who went to study particularly for that course. I think the world is more practically developing, you don't need to be educated to be technical, information is online to study, anybody who falls out in technology is the one at fault.
When you compare experience with knowledge, then knowledge will obviously fail because practical experience of anything will always have more value than theoretical understanding of that thing.
For example, if I have studied mechanical engineering but have no work experience, but there is someone else who has been working as a mechanic for many years. Now, I might have a lot of knowledge about the field, but I won't have as much knowledge as the person who has been doing that work for years, he has done everything that I've studied, and he will probably know more than I do now.
When people compare people with AI and say that AI is going to replace their jobs, etc. I always think about this, I feel that if someone is doing a job where experience is more important than knowledge because experience brings more accuracy for that work, then AI will never be able to replace that person because AI is all about knowledge, but a human with experience can always beat it or do much better than it.
