Rape is just an extreme scenario of harassment, it is also something that happens very commonly everywhere like work place, school, gym or any place especially the older guys compared to the young ones. Anyone who does that should be punished immediately like in some countires then only they will not dare dare to do that again.

Look at it logically. The biggest cause of rape is that the person being raped doesn't agree with what the person who is raping them is doing to them. If the victim agreed with the rapist, the victim wouldn't be a victim, and there would be no rape.
