Today I exchange approximately 5K from one crypto currency to another. That trade went fairly smooth and was paid out within minutes.

Then I started the next exchange (same crypto currencies) for approximately 12K. Even after many network confirmations are done, the trade was not paid out. It has now taken over one hour.

Before the trade I checked the PGP signed Letter of Guarantee. It was correct.

Just to be sure that SageSwap does not change its Public PGP Key for the Guarantee to invalidate the Letter of Guarantee ( it is listed here https://sageswap.io/pgp ) I copy it into this thread for future use:

Hi, the transaction went through without any problems, but it just took a long time.

Please contact support first and wait for a response instead of making false accusations. 9 minutes after we received your email, you posted on bitcointalk, and we didn't have enough time to reply to you.

Issue solved;

Yes, payout arrived. Actually it took quite long - but it arrived.

Sometimes it happens, but as you wrote, the first transaction went through almost immediately Smiley

-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

We have decided to speed up work on things that are important to us, so one of the important changes for us is to add a letter of guarantee signed with our PGP key for you! When creating a transaction, a message with our signature is generated. You can check this now, create transcation and try it!

As of today, we have deposited $2000 (0.02365796 BTC) in escrow with @SFR10 so that your exchanges can proceed without any problems and you don't have to worry about your money.

How to create a dispute?
1. Create a public post under this post and write a DM to @SFR10.
2. In the post you create, provide all the information you have: the Letter of Guarantee for your transaction, the transaction TXID and information about whether you tried to contact support and what they wrote back to you. Also add any other information you think might be useful.

Additional information:
- Do not open a dispute immediately when your money has not arrived. First, make sure there are no delays and contact support.
- Wait for a response from support (we respond within 24 hours). If you have not received a response within 24 hours, you should open a dispute.
- Make sure you sent the money to the correct address and that you provided the correct address where your money should be sent.
- Remember that we sign the Letter of Guarantee with our PGP key, which is signed as “GUARANTEE” The "SUPPORT" key will not work.

---

In addition, we have made some minor changes to the FAQ and SUPPORT tabs. We are also slowly preparing to launch the API for public use.

We would also like to thank everyone who trusted us and tried our service. We are honestly shocked that SageSwap has been operating for less than a month and so many of you have already decided to exchange your coins with us.
Also really, really appreciate every of our partners who decided to trust us and add us to their lists.

The year is slowly coming to an end, so we hope to see you again next year.

Stay tuned for more Updates!

Privacy is not a crime.

Good step. I will test the platform and give a comprehensive review.
I hope you will increase reserves and conduct promotional campaigns here.

Thank you all for your kind words.

You are welcome to test it out, but please note that there may be delays, especially with larger amounts, as we simply need more confirmations and still testing new changes and infrastructure  Wink

We have quite a large reserve of coins, and we will try to launch a campaign in the new year, but we cannot promise anything. We want to run a really good campaign, and that requires a lot of money.

I kinda agree with both sides here.
Yeah, you’re not supposed to just throw your TXID around publicly - that’s fair.
But when someone straight up calls you a scammer, especially when you’re a new trying to build trust, it’s also in your interest to defend yourself and prove you’re legit. So yeah… both sides have a point heree

Hello, welcome to the forum. I did a quick check and wanted to ask you’re not a whiteBIT reseller, right? Do you have your own reserves?

We are not anyone's reseller, we use funds that we have raised through our other projects.

Hey everyone, just to clarify before we dive into my comments: I'm not against no-KYC projects or anything like that I'm simply sharing my findings.

Since the project owner mentioned they have their own reserves, I ran some tests on hellex.io, etz-swap, sageswap, and devil.exchange at the same time.

Now, I'll transparently share the results.

https://etherscan.io/address/0x80f6e3bc6f685526ede3faf89870d8b7d7056589#tokentxns

Order Ids:
https://hellex.io/swap/order/14b1c894-7e01-451e-8827-ec071faaa5b1
https://etz-swap.com/transactions/trsvn2AET6ssSIbQ3y3iXZu85s5BoGJl
http://sageswap4ygi7k5e5gbnvhz2ldbprrelkkuourlp5vx6flfeypk4hvqd.onion/transaction/7ecd20d9-6fde-47f0-bf0e-e6cd1f387674 (Letter of Guarantee: https://talkimg.com/image/UzSJJT)
https://devil.exchange/swap/finish/6b9d170c-0810-4ba1-b4e7-ae527bd30585

Why does the "sent from" address match those of the other 3 exchange? Aren't you using funds raised from those other projects?

Also it's pretty obvious that this user (bxae00) is affiliated with you, is it? Smiley

Best regards,
— Trêvoid

Hello, welcome to the forum. I did a quick check and wanted to ask you’re not a whiteBIT reseller, right? Do you have your own reserves?

We are not anyone's reseller, we use funds that we have raised through our other projects.

Hey everyone, just to clarify before we dive into my comments: I'm not against no-KYC projects or anything like that I'm simply sharing my findings.

Since the project owner mentioned they have their own reserves, I ran some tests on hellex.io, etz-swap, sageswap, and devil.exchange at the same time.

Now, I'll transparently share the results.

Why does the "sent from" address match those of the other 3 exchange? Aren't you using funds raised from those other projects?

Also it's pretty obvious that this user (bxae00) is affiliated with you, is it? Smiley

Best regards,

Hi trevoid! If we are unable to process a transaction ourselves, we use our partners (which is very rare) to ensure that all transactions go smoothly. For the sake of transaction security, we have added a Letter of Guarantee and deposited $2,000 into escrow, so anyone who has any problems can use it.

If we work with a partner, he need to agree with our conditions they MUST meet in order to work with us, such as removing transactions from their database if a user also removes the transaction from ours.

There is no reason to worry, and thank you for your vigilance! As for @bxae00, we don't want to accuse anyone here, but he tried to contact us a few times to be our Social Manager Smiley So maybe that's why he keeps giving us credits.
