Despite awareness campaigns about casino, why are people not aware of gambling?

Casinos recently are really all about profit which is understandable. Plus a lot of gamblers prefer sports betting to casinos. It is easier to understand sports betting than it is to understand casino.

It is correct that casinos are profitable but it is not for the gambler but for the gambling site. Gambling site making more and more money day to day and users are losing a lot of money each day and the numbers of growing day by day and it is almost impossible to decrease the number of losers though small portion of gamblers might be winers.

Well what I know is that if someone admits guilt then he is now willing to make amends and regarding to gambling, it now gives room for third party or siblings and family members to look for help for such person. It is different when the person is telling everyone that he is not an addict and that everything is alright. In a case where the addict accepts he is having bad gambling habit, the expectation is not for him to get himself into rehab processes but for people around to assist him because he has given willful consent and by implication, he needs help either taking to rehab or restricting him on the things that aid his gambling addictions.

Apparent confessions are just defences to off-load external burdens only without having any intention of improvement internally. The fact that cases of relapse are realised justifies that the family investment of finances will be futile unless the underlying psychological problem will be dealt with. We should realise that addiction does play with the logic and the victim becomes skilled in his or her acting to get back to the nightmare. The complete transformation of character is what is needed in the transformation of her true character, not lip service that is given to her when difficult situations experience her compelled to play along with them.

People are well informed about gambling, they know what it is and can play games of their different choices base on their preference, though we cant claimed being used to the whole casinos and having all their information, because as we go day by day, new more gambling platforms were being introduced, which we may not be aware of the new or some existing platforms, but all these does not stops people from gambling or hinder their exposure about the casino of choice they should use for the same purpose.

Nowadays you can find information about almost anything, but it's not always possible to know if a casino is truly trustworthy or fair. Especially with so many new platforms emerging and administrators trying to portray themselves as charming.

Sometimes, even with a lot of information, it's always good to be cautious.

How comes he has this large debt on him when he’s from a middle class family and also on a work that pays less than $300. Could he be that he has been borrowing money to gamble and not only his personal money has he invested into gambling? This is a sad story.

Everything is possible and as long as he’s alive, he can recover back from the loss and live a good life again. This was a lesson for him well learnt and I don’t think he’ll do anything to sabotage the recovery process after what he has being through because of his addiction to gambling. At this point, he shouldn’t find gambling as the place to rely on to recover his loss, that’s him chasing after his losses which can still not go well for him. Recovery is possible, he just have to face it gradually and see how things turns out good for him.

This is another bad side of greed and over gambling,  how can a university student that understand his financial situation and class of his family become a casino customer to the point of becoming an addicted one.

I am also curious to know how he managed to accumulate such amount of debts and from where did he get those loans from.

Working on a job paying him $230 per monthly is going to take him years to pay off that loan, so he is really im a mess right now.

that means such a student does not have a future and it depend the student, because if a student is planning his future it will not participate in anything that will make him to lose money especially the coming addicted in gambling will it deprived him the opportunity not to study and the understand proper in gambling so I know quite well that why some people get addicted in gambling is because they are not well directed or well informed of gambling especially the positive and the negative side effect of gambling

He was a child of an ordinary middle-class family but now his education has ended and he is in a mentally disturbed state.

Especially his mother has fainted several times thinking about this money. In the end, the boy did not understand and now he is working a job with a salary of $230, paying his loan money accordingly. The boy who was supposed to finish his university life well and move towards a good job sector has now lost his everyday life due to addiction to casinos. his many cherished dreams have vanished. Their dreams will never be fulfilled, and it has become challenging to return to everyday life.

There is nothing that is impossible in this life , I believe the young man is learning the hard way. There are people that failed to learn from others mistakes, they prefer to lean on there own understand and repeat the mistake that thousands has made earlier. It shouldn't be a surprise to you that this your friend may have seen someone in the past that went through what he is passing through.
Until he realised that he has failed his parents and himself and decide to take action by staying away that's when he can come back to his normal self.

Most people they believe in themselves way to much in my opinion and I have been one of them, I have not taken advice from many people who as I think now they were for my own good yet I defined them and learned the hard way myself. This is the human nature and most people are like that stubborn to the very point that they don't take advice from anyone, I can understand better than anyone about your friend yet now he is in big trouble and there are two ways now for him, one is to completely fuck up his life even more by choosing to doing stupid things and this way has only two destinations, prison or cemetery or there is the other way, the one where he learns from this and starts doing things right from this moment on. I personally choose this second option for me and I am doing pretty well.
