The best thing about this forum is that there are always rules that are given to guide activities in each board. And goodva thing you don't need to search for so much before you can see them.  These rules are always at the top of every post. They dont move out of that position they are. So before you engage in any of board make sure go through the rulesbandveven asking making a post.

Yes, you are correct that this platform has local boards, and so far, you are permitted to comment on your local board, as that would give you the opportunity to meet with people from the same locality as you are and also communicate with them in your best convenient way or your local language for better understanding.
As for the boards you have talked about, yes, there are rules, and each of the boards has its own rules pinned at the top of the page when you visit that board, and it will be very helpful to you if you makeout the time to read them, as it would guide you in your engagements on that board. I see reputable members have already provided links to posts and articles that would be of help to you. Maybe you could read them to help you more.

My advise will be for you to take things slowly to start with and not to be at rush at all because you need to firstly get yourself acquainted with the forum rules and follow them well so people here don't get annoyed by you spamming or shitposting amon other offenses, you should try and avoid them and your patience will definitely yield you more results than any other thing else. You should also do more of reading than posting so you can understand some things here which are unclear to you. Once you are able to dedicate solid time for this and you now put a lot of efforts in reading at every moment you come back then trust me when I say you will make it in the forum in no much time spent.

If there is not any difference in the rules, I don’t think each board would like to have its own rules. So, there are a few differences in the rules of the boards. What is important now is to go through the rules and understand them clearly, so that you do not go against them. Because if you go against any rule, you may receive a punishment for breaking the rules. So always stay calm and try to read the rules of each board before posting there.

I don’t know maybe you have tried to visit any of these local boards. If you have visited before, you will see that almost every local board has its own language they use there. If that is the case, it is clear that not everyone needs to post in every local board, because you may not be able to understand their language unless you make use of Google Translator, which I think is against the rules. So, it is better to stay on your own local board, where you can relate well.

It is not something that is hard; this forum is simple just as you see, the sub sections and boards in this forum are created to make navigation easy for the forum members especially the newbies that will join the forum and find it difficult to navigate the forum, so it looks easy like this for you to locate any threads of any topic of your choice, and you will get the right answers you need.

This board of beginners and help is mainly for newbies to come and know how the forum works, it is also for newbies to ask questions and interact with the rest of the forum members in Bitcoin related discussions.

Almost all the boards here in this forum make use of the general forum rules. Infact it is actually all the boards in this forum. You just have to get yourself acquainted with the general forum rules and you are good to go.

You can actually post in any of the local boards,  however the limitations you might be having is language barrier. When joining discussions in any of these local boards, it is expected that you communicate with the local board's official language.

Finally, you need merits and activity to rank up. No shortcuts, just pure quality contributions to the forum, those who get inspired by your posts will award you some merits.

Yeah it looks messy at first 😄 Rules are mostly the same forum-wide, but some sections are stricter. You can post in local boards even if you’re not from that country, just don’t spam and respect the language. Focus on learning, contributing useful replies, and merit will come naturally

I don't know if violations of this rule have ever brought users into trouble, except for their posts being deleted or so. It should be obvious that you have to know the local board's language at least to such an extend that you don't need automated translators. E.g. I know a bit French which I learned as second foreign language together with English in school. I'm not really used to speak or write in French, but I probably could write (bad) French if I had to. Would I post in local French board? I don't think so, why should I.

I guess, if locals in local boards report your posts because they're annoyed by them and spot that you're no native speaker/writer and you "spam" with automated translators, then local board moderators will likely kick your ass.

My post isn't about encouraging the use of automated translators.  My point is, there is no rule that restricts anyone from joining discussions in a particular local board  because they are not from that country or nationality. I stated clearly that language might be a barrier, so if you can speak and write the native language perfectly without any difficulties even if you are not from that country, do you still have any restrictions or limitations? Problem will arise if the participant makes low quality posts or uses translators to aid himself. Such posts can always be reported to the moderators for neccessary actions.

Not very country that has local board but few of them are here on this forum. But if your country has a local board here you can visit them and communicate them with your language for them to identify you, so that they can explain some things more better to you.

Sure you will reach your desired rank, but that will need Alot of work to do. If you are Smart and you are a good poster and contributor to the forum, you might earn merit so fast and meet your desired rank. But that will be more of action than words.

That is quite alright and breaking any of the forum rules should be highly prohibited and as for going about quality every Smart person will always increase their level of quality with respect to time and as long as they keep being active, I can tell for sure so many of us are no longer the same way we came and alot of improvements has been made the same will goes to as many that are willing to make a difference of how they came with how long they have stayed, learning is a gradually process, be open minded to learn new things and the whole story will change.

You can post in any board if you can speak their local language, there is no guideline that restrict members from making a post but make sure you read the local rules. What is allow in the general board might not be entertained in the local boards. I believe each board has their local moderators that delete posts and thread if you don't follow their rules.

However, I will be careful going from one board to another to make posts. There is one official local language you know best, stick to that one and make any post that you want. Lately, there has been a lot of accounts claiming to be multi-local accounts, there are several cases on the reputation board. You don't want to implicate yourself because you want to express in other local languages.

Welcome to the forum, you are free to post on any board as far as you understand the board and you can make a good post that can get people or an interesting post, forum is a place where you are free to post on any board but you must understand the board and the rules so that you violate those rules, and how to rank up to a higher rank, that depends on your performance in the forum, if you can make a good post that deserves merit you will get it and receiving merit from a good post will be what will rank you up. I will also advise you to not rush yourself when doing things in forum, do not rush because you want to rank up in time, take your time and learn the important things that will help you through the process.

I agree with you that learning is a gradual process and as a newbie that has not gotten any experience you need to take it easy, gradually you will begin to understand and get in the groove of how to enjoy being active in the forum. Be mindful not to break forum rules and the best guide to staying safe is to read the pinned threads on the top of every board, the forum has simplified everything here to guide any smart newbie. What I observed too is that it's not so much as how long you've stayed in the forum, it is your willingness to learn and increase your knowledge. Every newbies without any experience should first focus on learning and increase their knowledge rather than being desperate to rank up, no member is under any obligations to give you merit no matter how good you are.
