As far as I understand, artificial intelligence is particularly strong in the areas for which it was specifically trained. For example, an artificial intelligence could be an excellent elementary school math teacher. 🙆 But elementary math is quite simple.

It takes many years of experience to become a gambling expert. Because of that, many gamblers, especially beginners turn to AI in hopes of shortcutting the learning process. However, it never works the way they expect. And the results are just the same while using their personal knowledge and less experience.

Last week in week 16 of the EPL I tried asking several AIs such as google assistant and Chat GPT (I also tried deepseek but the data became less meaningful so I didn't enter it) and this is what I got.

My personal analysis on Superbru


I tried to compare with the system in superbru where when the score is correct it will be assessed with 3 points, if the score is close it will count 1.5 points and if it is wrong then it is 0 points.

From this I have concluded that in the end AI is still AI where it cannot be used as a benchmark for making decisions and can only be an auxiliary reference rather than a direct decision.

Although my personal analysis is also not very good because from 10 matches only 11 points (which should be if the perfect point means 30 points) but my personal analysis is slightly better than the predictions made by several AIs where there are only 5 and 7.5 points if I calculate with the format that superbru does.
So from this even though in the end AI becomes an important element for now but we should not make this too much as a benchmark because in the end in gambling especially in betting of course our own decisions determine our fate.

When it comes to sports betting predictions, I don't think using AI is the best, though ai prediction may seem interesting but most times it doesn't work out. I have used ai before to predict matches and I have also analyzed sports betting myself and have achieved more success based on my own personal predictions. Based on the ai predictions here, the predictions are in correct scores and I see correct score as the most difficult games in sports betting and I don't go for them. Once I tried using AI for correct scores but the result was not favourable at all.

Based on this comparison, i believe human intelligence is preferable to artificial intelligence when it comes to sports betting predictions.

AI can actually help but not in the sense of just giving you an accurate or even close to accurate predictions, even humans also speculate but could have something much more better than AI, but this require a bit of some research , aswell as hands on some existing resources..

I can't remember using AI while making prediction, and I don't think if I can even start it now because even before AI was implemented I have been making prediction all by myself and I must say that the scores is not always that bad even though I have not been winning regularly but I'm okey with the result. I have never heard that AI is build in other to analyze football matches so why are we forcing them into something they are not good at? Your bets are not better than Ai based on analysis, you are using them for analysis because you believe they can analyze the game better than you, you just gave up the job of you doing your analysis yourself and You use AI tool soon you will feel better to use Ai prediction than your won bet.
