No amount of analysis or research will guarantee winning in gambling without luck, there are gambler that thinks that because they are good in analysing game . It is good to gamble based on your own decisions. I think that by gambling based on your own decisions, you can protect yourself from additional losses. I've always been interested in some posts/discussions that relate AI can help us in betting especially in sportsbetting because some of us even quite confidently say that AI predictions can be greater than our own analysis in terms of percentage. like some post This which is got me interested do some steps testing.

Last week in week 16 of the EPL I tried asking several AIs such as google assistant and Chat GPT (I also tried deepseek but the data became less meaningful so I didn't enter it) and this is what I got.

My personal analysis on Superbru


I tried to compare with the system in superbru where when the score is correct it will be assessed with 3 points, if the score is close it will count 1.5 points and if it is wrong then it is 0 points.
and here are the results of the whole.



From this I have concluded that in the end AI is still AI where it cannot be used as a benchmark for making decisions and can only be an auxiliary reference rather than a direct decision.

Although my personal analysis is also not very good because from 10 matches only 11 points (which should be if the perfect point means 30 points) but my personal analysis is slightly better than the predictions made by several AIs where there are only 5 and 7.5 points if I calculate with the format that superbru does.
So from this even though in the end AI becomes an important element for now but we should not make this too much as a benchmark because in the end in gambling especially in betting of course our own decisions determine our fate.

It just goes to show you that AI still has a long way to go not just with predictions but with so many other types of applications. AI should always be used as more of an aide or guide and taken with some large coarse grains of salt. Thats pretty good that you averaged 11 points and several AIs only got 5 of 7.5. That would be good, or even at a scale of 1000 bets of 10000 bets for even greater accuracy. That would be a fun experiment to see. If people focused on it I would imagine that the AI would have to upgrade and get better over time. But once they do that then surely it would catch on and everyone would be trying to use AI to make these bets. People woudl sell access to better AIs that help them win more money etc. I mean that is probably already happening to some extent, I just don't really follow it that closely to keep up with it. But I honestly would be interested to check that out.

Even though AI increases the chances of winning that doesn't mean it is guaranteed. It can only make you win 8 games out of 10 games if you are betting on multiple games. AI tools are good we can not deny that but you don't have to give it a hundred percent trust because there is no guarantee to it. Although some gamblers might have used it to win some good number of bets but don't fully trust it, just treat it like you are treating your normal predictions whereby you are gambling with what you can afford to lose.

I don't think if there's any AI that is programed to give out Prediction more especially in football, all this stories about AI giving out Prediction and bla bla bla is just luck. And surely it is possible to win from AI since it uses human knowledge just like as we human beings win most times but AI can't give you constant wining, rather their Prediction can be accurate most times while thier Prediction the following days might be poor just as it happens to we human beings so there's nothing so special about AI more especially when it comes to football Prediction.

yes you are correct. If gambling was all about analysis then AI would have been making it possible for people to win in gambling. However, gambling isn't all about skills as this alone without luck can't guarantee a win . Winning in gambling depends on ones luck and not  on there strength or skills.
