I know someone that has won huge amount of money and use the money to build a very beautiful house for himself and use some part of it to start up a business that his doing till date, what I'm saying is that gambling has changed the life of some people for good.

It is true that so many people do make huge amount of money from gambling but I believe the reason why that of destruction is much is because winning is not easy in gambling and some of those people that you see has build those mansions from winning has lost almost half of what they won or even more but the truth is that whenever we win from gambling, most times we forget about how much we have lost. There's always a good and bad side of everything, gambling has caused harm to some people but it has also done some good as well. the problem is that people focus only on the negative sides of it. gambling is a game of wins and losses, In other words it is a game of probability, you can win or lose, knowing this it is left for you to control the risks you take. It's wrong to present gambling as a way to change your life, because that's not what gambling is for, and gambling doesn't do that very often, and this is the reason why people don't talk mostly about the positive side of gambling, because if there are more than 90% bad examples and only a small percentage of the total number had positive results, it's obvious that mostly the negative will be discussed all around, and there is nothing wrong with that. Those who promote gambling saying that it has the capability to change their lives for good are basically making people ruin their lives, because gambling has ruined more lives than it has changed for good.
