Honestly I think gambling is more of a test of a person's mentality than money. Some can tolerate losses while others try to turn everything around once they lose. The problem is not gambling the problem is when people take it as a shortcut. Everyone starts thinking that because a few people have won I can too. In reality most people don't know when to stop, I think gambling is a no no for those who can't control themselves and it should never be the mainstay of life for those who can.

I personally don't know anyone who has won huge amount of money, but gambling did change my own life for good. And it's not about the money only, although I've won thousands of USD in poker tournaments, money isn't that important here because, as we all know, you can lose it as easy as you won it. What's really important is the impact of gambling on my life overall. For example, I stopped hesitating whether buy something I need or not if the price is $10 because I always remember how easy it is to lose(or win) that amount in gambling. The only thing here is that when the disadvantage of a thing is more than the advantage, it becomes normal that people tend to talk more about the bad things and talk less about the good side of the thing. Your neighbor just got lucky, I think your neighbor is wealthy enough to buy those lands and is wealthy enough to put a high bet amount.  I am somehow reluctant to believe that someone with small bet will be able to buy land and house from slots winnings, but I won't say that it is not possible.  It is that the chance is very slim.  Aside from this, as a slot player, I do not think that a gambler can have a continuous streak in slots without losing any.

The only way to win big via gambling is to own a casino/sportsbook. The gamblers, who were lucky enough to win big and smart enough not to waste their winnings are probably less than 1% of all gamblers. Does this mean that gambling is good?

I just want to clarify that gambling is not to blame for why families get broken among some gamblers. While there are some gamblers whose families get destroyed, it is because of their own negligence they allowed addiction to take control of them as gamblers in the crypto casino.

It is never right to be tempted to gamble by seeing the profits of a gambler or by seeing a successful gambler. Basically, gambling is never a right decision and is not good. A person needs to stay away from gambling as much as possible. No person has ever been successful from gambling.
