Does "It was dark and stormy night; rain fell in torrents — except at occasional intervals, when it was checked by violent gust of wind which swept up streets (for it is in London that our scene lies), rattling along housetops, and fiercely agitating scanty flame of lamps that struggled against darkness." answer your question?
I have always wondered, but I am too lazy to google up: is the second sentence of that novel better or worse than the first one?

Will this question be on the exam?
Either way, shouldn't you be studying for said exam instead of being on here?

Get sick. Get well.

Why do I do six exams every day before breakfast?

Why did I say no this morning to sex when my girlfriend offered just because I wanted to eat breakfast instead (I hardly ever get sex)?

Get sick. Get well.

Why do I answer my own question when I ask it because I like asking self-answering questions?

But breakfast isn't as amazing as sex so why did I choose that instead of sex?

Easy to tell: does it end with a question mark?

Can I say it ends with an eroteme or would that be too close to a double entendre?

Could you tell me what it's like to have negative trust so I don't have to find out myself?

Let's investigate methodically: which is more scary, a daisy or a chain?
