Of course I can do something that I don't enjoy but I can't do what I don't know.. if I know the Job very well I wouldn't be that frowning because I don't enjoy it.
What matters is point of interest, If you have interest in the Job you can do it irrespective of the amount paid you wouldn't mind doing it

There are very few people , know who do what they truly enjoy. I know many more who just work their shift and then use their free time for a hobby. That means only one thing , they are satisfied with their monthly income. That’s exactly what you said , you can find happiness outside of work thanks to that job. Your advice makes perfect sense, as everyone needs money to meet their daily needs. Therefore, working a legal job is a necessity, even if it's not particularly enjoyable. As long as the income continues to come in more regularly, it's not worth leaving, even if other jobs might seem more enjoyable, but the pay may not be as good as the previous one. That's why anyone who already has a job with a steady income shouldn't complain excessively, leading them to consider new jobs that they think are better.

In every case, if you cannot enjoy yourself and others' work from within, then it is never possible to complete that work. And if you can enjoy it, then you can manage the work beautifully and you will have an interest in completing it from within yourself. However, there are many who hate work but still work there for a good amount of money. Basically, many people work to solve financial problems, which they do not enjoy, but they stay for money. However, I think that if you can get a good job, if you do not enjoy and like the work, then it is better to find a job that can earn money from it and enjoy the work. However, we know that the reality is that people work where they get money, they do not seek enjoyment, but complete their work for the need of money.

The focus these days is on survival and not mainly happiness. You can pursue happiness if you have gotten enough financial backings that will make you not to rely on paid jobs. I love the job I am doing now and I wish to continue doing it. However, if I see another high-paying job that doesn't give job satisfaction, I might decide to move. Earning a higher income might assist me in growing my financial base for some time and going back to the job I enjoy later in life. You cannot do what you like, and the pay is not enough to take care of your family. People who have dependents.don’t consider themselves only when making decisions.

If I don't enjoy doing a job not even the pay will lure me to it. I prioritise my passion first because I know for sure once I get competent enough doing what I love I can always negotiate for a higher pay and my employer won't deny such privileges because they will obviously see the value I add to their organisation. I don't mind starting with a small pay check for my passion then demand for an increment when I have been able to convince them of my worth.

In theory, you can negotiate with the employer to get a salary that matches your qualifications. But in reality, be careful because the current job market is very competitive and fierce. Employers may also hire people with similar qualifications to yours at a lower salary.

Furthermore, this also depends on the circumstances, as people with families often have more responsibilities to shoulder. They are willing to do any job as long as it pay well, regardless of whether they like it or not. They don’t have to work in their passion, but they will still do a good job because their goal is to earn the best possible income

Not a lot, well depends on the person really. Because in reality if we do love our job that makes it easier and while there are some people who also think that they can do a fine job while they hate their job, in most cases loving it makes it easier. For me, I was lucky and found a job that I loved and that is why I am doing a better job right now than ever and I will continue to make that work as much as I possibly could. I would prefer to retire from this job at 60 years old if I can but that will be tough.

Someone who enjoys the work they do is comfortable with it, and yes, they may be able to bring out the best in their skills and experience.

I myself have done a job that I didn't enjoy or even like but I still did it and lasted a few months, it was because of the money which was quite a big salary and the environment that made me comfortable working even though I didn't like the job.

Of course, and as long as I can do that then I'll stay. But if the time comes that I cannot endure it anymore, the time will come for me to leave and can't bear it anymore. We've got our own meters of how long until we're going to stay into a job that we don't like. And while you're staying in that job you hate, it's best to find your safe spot or a job that you like to shift once you've already made up your mind and decided to just leave.

Due to lack of availability of good jobs for the poor, man can't reject any job that he sees because it puts food on his table. You should take whatever job that put food on your table seriously and work with passion in order to enjoy the job to keep you going till you get a job of your heart desire.

Everyone needs money, especially for daytime expenses, whether you like it or not, so most of us are forced to work even if we don't want or like the environment we are working in. That can only be changed if you have enough money to start your own business or if you have another job offer from another company that you can easily apply for if you want to leave.

It's hard to try to move to another job, especially if there's one family who relies on every money you earn and is not sure if you can get into another job immediately at when you leave your job. That's why many people just want to stay and be patient rather than look for another job.

There are opinions for all tastes on this. My best friend worked for many years in a job he detested, under the excuse that "you have to work", until he got fired. In my case, I simply can't stand to spend so many hours, day after day, doing something I don't like.

One might think I'm brave for making the decision to quit a job, while others would value my friend's endurance more. So I suppose this is an existential question, without a correct answer.

There are employees who will hate their job initially but will somehow love it after a year or two because of the people they are surrounded by. Now, if the people inside the company are the ones who gives your stress and make you unhappy, then it's probably best to walk out and find another job.
I don't agree with the belief of being forced to stay just because we needed the money. Let's not forget that our health is also a factor when we are working, and if we are mentally stressed, it might cost us more than what we are receiving from our job.
Some found their job through their passion. I say they are the lucky ones. Others find their passion when they start working, and it's a good thing, too. In my case, I found my passion when I started working.

What I mean is, it doesn't have to be my passion, but as long as at least I'm enjoying when working or have something I look forward in that job. Let's say, my passion is art but my job isn't related to art. I can still enjoy in my job even if it's not my passion then I can just do a side hustle related to my passion. But if I'm not really enjoying with my current job, what's the point of staying? Yes, money is important but how about yourself? You can still choose practicality when choosing a job, but at least find something to enjoy, like the people you work with, or the thrill you get from your job etc.

But for others, they really prefer and choose their passion over anything else cause that's what makes them happy and contented. Some people doesn't need that much of earning as long as they can live a simple life and doing what they want.

For me I think I can tolerate a job I don't enjoy doing only for a short period of time and if I could find passion in it no problem but if I don't like what I am doing, I may still want to stay for the money but my best won't come out and I will get burnout and would have to rest alot. For most of us that are mostly doing a brain work kind of job, it is quite important if not mandatory for us to work with passion so that the best can be gotten out of us. Else we will be working and you might be seeing some results but it won't be at optimum condition.

And as long as the work is a legal one and it pays me well enough to meet my own needs there is going to be nothing really wrong with staying even if I don't enjoy it. Money brings options and stability and you can always find happiness outside the job through holidays hobbies and time with people you care about but leaving the job without having a better option can actually make your life even harder unless you have seen a better opportunity you prefer that also pays better and that's why I can say you practically have a choice, else you just have to deal with the job like that.

I have worked at many jobs and companies, doing it for the money because I have a family to provide for. We all love to do things out of passion, but circumstances force us to do work we don't like.

But even if we are in a job or company for practical reasons, we have to work or plan our way toward the jobs we are passionate about.

Burnout is natural for people who are on repetitive tasks, but since family is our inspiration, we stay on the job until we are on a job we really love.

Beyond burnout, the chances of a good productivity is very low, but we do what we must for survival. I can tolerate it until I can transition to what I want.

When someone is doing a service because of the money and not with passion, it is always evident in the productivity and desire to go extra mile to get jobs done more efficiently, someone who does it for the money would do the job but not with half the dedication and efficiency of someone doing it with passion.
