Of course, we won't be able to do our best if we don't like what we're doing, unless, as you said earlier, the pay is sufficient or even more, because if the pay is high, even if we don't like this job, we can still find pleasure outside of our workplace.

Get rich and do whatever you want, that's the plain and simple reality of the world. If you don't like a job still you are still getting paid just be happy about it because nowadays finding one even with all the qualifications, is a hell lot of difficult so having one itself a privilege.

If I don't enjoy doing a job not even the pay will lure me to it. I prioritise my passion first because I know for sure once I get competent enough doing what I love I can always negotiate for a higher pay and my employer won't deny such privileges because they will obviously see the value I add to their organisation. I don't mind starting with a small pay check for my passion then demand for an increment when I have been able to convince them of my worth.

No matter how passionate you are in your line of work, if you're not well-compensated, at the end of the day, only the company owner is getting richer. While you are stuck in the same cycle, you're contented because you're passionate and love your job. There's no way I can tolerate a job that does not pay well, no matter how much I like that kind of job. Being practical works most of the time. You may not have the job you dreamed of, but when it pays very well, you will surely find a way to love it anyway.
So, the gameplan should always start with practicality, and then chase your passion after.

Do you want to make money or you are pursuing your happiness? Those Indians in the Amazon Forrest don't care about money, they are true meaning of freedom and happiness, in today's world it's extremely hard to have both happiness and money at the same time.

This is why I adviced my siblings to find something they are very good at, something that makes them want to spend more time on it and try to make money off it, you will do it better than someone who just want to make money, because through any weather you will always be there but someone who cares only about making money will abandon the project or idea.

Those who failed to have work for themselves when they are still in their youthful age are those who mostly end up working some jobs to get paid, even streamers today don't have to ever work if they truly embrace the passion for streaming, many of them are making insane amounts of money.

Most jobs that people do is not really out of passion, is basically about the money are been paid, I think is only footballers and some sports men that enjoy what they are doing and are been paid because that is their passion. Some persons develop passion in their job after a long period of frowning and grumbling, as some jobs can be very tedious despite the pay, so passion will likely come after a long period of time.

If the salary is good, I will still on that job. I don't want to quitting job and search for other jobs. That needs time before I can get new job but I can't get the same or higher salary. I will try to enjoy my job although that is difficult. I realize that many people don't have jobs and they keeps searching while I have a job that gives me salary.

Try to knowing your job and understand your position. Try to understand that many people needs job so you don't feel that job is boring or feels that is wasting time. You are lucky if you have job while other people struggling for having a job. Don't waste that because you don't enjoy.

To be able to continue doing our best in doing something we don't enjoy is indeed difficult and definitely tiring. While it may still be possible to do your best technically in a job you don't enjoy, doing your best holistically (mentally, emotionally, creatively) will be much more difficult. While I can certainly still do my best at a job I don't enjoy, it can't be denied that it will be stressful, unmotivated and certainly empty in doing it. I also have to be realistic because financially and responsibly, I need it, so whether I like it or not, I have to do it.

I do not enjoy doing what displeases me, and for the fact that the person does not like the job could result an unsatisfactory results to the company because zeel is a motivation and when the zeel is not there you might be doing the job anyhow you want to without reviewing whether everything tallies to how it was instructed. Everything is not always about the money you will get in return after the job but is about your security and peace of mind because is obvious that if there was a job you do not like but they are paying high could actually have some diffect either dangerous or hazardous atmospheric workplace were a lot of things could cause health issues, so actually I prefer working on the job I love with no risk.

You have said it all. Money brings happiness, and with that, even if someone is not enjoying what they are doing because of the money they are earning, it can make them continue enduring the pain they might be receiving from the job. Because, as long as someone is not really earning from what they are doing, it feels like they are passing through pain.

But the fact is, there are some kinds of jobs where even if someone is earning a good amount of money, they still can’t enjoy it. Some jobs, no amount of money will make me stay doing them. For example, I could never work at a mortuary. No amount of money could make me enjoy that job, because it would cause me too much pain. With that, I don’t think I would enjoy the money. It would always be spent on pain, because it would just be one day of enjoyment and many days of pain.

There's always this feeling of comfort and peace usually when you're enjoying what you're doing and when the reverse is the case the issue of burnouts comes in. Being able to tolerate some certain jobs cones with patience often times you can be weighed down by stress and all that but the fact that the job pays you well would definitely give you a pivot to keep it going.

I think it depends on the circumstances and motivation. personally, I work in a field that I enjoy, so I can enjoy it. But I think that even people who work in a field they don't like can still persevere and do very well if they have their own motivation that gives them a strong drive to persevere and even improve. Perhaps it could be motivation to make their family happy or to persevere for the sake of their family. Or maybe it's motivation because of a high salary or something like that or it could be because they feel grateful to still have a job and be able to earn an income when others are struggling to find work. So there are many reasons for this. however, I believe that in these difficult times, everyone will try to enjoy whatever job they can do. Their motivation might be to survive and improve their standard of living.

My outlook is that money shouldnt be the reason anyone suffers through a job they

Life is too short and money cannot buy time so its best to act sooner rather than later

I think everyone needs money, everyone needs a job, everyone needs a decent life and livelihood. The work environment isn't always what we envision. Simply choosing a normal job without having to join the left or right wing is safe. But if you want a fast-paced career, don't be a sycophant or put others down to climb the ladder, because that kind of behavior is morally inferior to anything else.

This is an economy that needs money; you will be lucky if you are doing a job you actually enjoy doing, something you wanted, and you are paid very well for it. For others without the comfort of that, that is doing what they like but having jobs that pay them well for the inconvenience, they could still count themselves lucky because there are others who are doing jobs they don't like and are paid poorly for it still, and then there are others without a job.  That is the hierarchy.

You need to do your best for a job you don't like but pays you well because you need the job, and you need your best to keep the job.

Yes, if it's giving me food for my table and can provide, loving it will come later on. It's the same that we don't like some people but as we come along with them at all times, we'll start to pick them up and like them. It's the same with these jobs that we hate but we'll like it later on because how we're used to it. We might just hate it by words but we can't deny the reality about it that if it's providing for us, we'll have to love it.

It's very easy and short. If the job is one I enjoy doing, I'll give it my all because you know when you involve yourself in something diligently, you even upgrade or let me say develop yourself and skills altogether. When you find something interesting and voluntarily spend time doing it, you find yourself developing as they say "practice makes perfection." In this case, you putting effort and doing something is simply practice as we know it and with time and constant work then you become perfect in your field.

In the aspect of the work not being something I want or like, I can't pretend to love it and continue unless it has got a good pay that will really be huge and enough to entice or lure me into tolerating it.

The thing is majority of the workers we see today are most likely not in love with their work at the start it is just the pay that actually makes them stay and as they go they get to actually grow in love with the work. Even if someone is not in love with a work it is the pay that matters because at the end of the day with circumstances we can actually develop love for even things we hate from the start. Personally I do think it’s on this that many employers usually put those enticing bonuses not to just attract the best employees but to keep the best even if they do not love the job.

Imagine someone in a work place he loves without the right pay, only few of them would actually be patient enough to actually grow in the work
