It's very hard before you see someone who addicted in gambling stop gambling so easy...unless people around him will be constantly advising him to reduce his activities in gambling...Why some of us get addicted is due to, they dont calculate about gambling and they dont have a budget for gambling...

For the fun or funds, setting a limit is non-negotiable if we must indulge in a healthy gambling habit that doesn't risk us losing excessively financially and also losing our relationship with friends and family.
