I can't fathom your neighbor's behavior. I've never met anyone who specifically offers to have me play a certain game, especially with the words 'guaranteed to win.' Your neighbor might be suffering from severe gambling addiction. They no longer have capital to play and are asking you to spend money to watch you play the game they recommended. Nope never gonna fall for something like that. If a lot of people are encouraging me to invest or place bet into something, why don't let them do it on themselves since they are sure about it. It's already a red flag, and it can be considered as a scam already, so if I have a friend like that then I think that's the end of the friendship lol. If there is something constant in this world, it is change. However, when we apply change to the lifestyle of gamblers that already ripen into addiction, then that would be an uphill battle to overcome given the difficulty of changing such habit.

I have fallen into temptation many times in the past and I have lost a lot each time because of the temptation. That is why I do not pay attention to anyone's temptation anymore, but rather participate in gambling according to what I understand. That is how some casinos promote themself. They post a screen record of big wins as if players can win such an amount every few spins. Most of the new people who do not have experience with gambling usually believe those ads and start making deposits only to realize that it is not that easy. If I had a neighbour like this attempting to harm me make a deposit and play, I would ask for a loan from him and I would say I will return the funds only if I win something. I would never invite someone to gamble, drink, or smoke if they don't do it themselves, even if the game is the easiest to win and yields good results. We have all been faced with such offerings as on top of that are the so called "tipsters" that tell you that they have a sure information regarding a certain game and this trick is still popular on Telegram as I write here. It is a well known scam from many pages, they give each customer a different game and out of the many games they give out one or more are wins while the majority are lost, the people that lose will start bashing and telling everyone that it was a scam while those who win will say that the service was correct and that they will keep following. See the pattern here, someone will always back them up because someone will always randomly win, that is why you do good to not believe these type of offers, as I ask myself if these so called "tipsters" who have such insider information why not use it to enrich themselves, probably because they have not such information at all.
