I asked myself this question and I don't have a definitive answer.
If someone copies someone else's prediction and loses the round, that's fine, both lose a life and it speeds up the end of the game.
If someone copies someone else's prediction and wins the round, they will win 50BTC, but that won't necessarily extend the game. I have lots of ways to fuck y... Errr, I mean, The Game Master has lots of ways to annoy you .
If I notice that someone is always copying someone else on purpose, TGM may impose a special malus on him/her. This game is not always fair.

If everyone decides to make the same prediction, in the game of who's the dumbest, TGM often wins and can declare everyone a loser .
