I tested the service, and the first thing I noticed was that the currency reserve pool fluctuates significantly. Reserves are still good compared to other services that rely on their reserves.

1. The fees are clear, and I received exactly the agreed-upon amount.
2. The exchange process was fast. I recorded the connection and didn't notice any contact with third parties or address verification before the deposit.
3. I received the transaction, and it was overpaid 3x (it's best not to do this as it makes tracking transactions easier).
4. it would be better to delete the "My Swaps" option.

Drawbacks:

I checked the AML score for the Bitcoin transaction I received using three AML checks and got a risk level of 55%, 60%, and 88%.
I hope others will share their experiences to confirm this result.

About those AML scores:

Look, you got three totally different scores (55%, 60%, 88%) from different checkers - that just proves how random this whole thing is.

Here's the deal:

Every AML service makes up their own rules
Their methods are pretty sketchy
Big centralized exchanges mostly use this stuff to boss people around
Bottom line: Every coin is the same on the blockchain. We think AML scoring is complete BS made up by shady institutions.

If you send the wrong amount:

If you send less than what we quoted, no worries - the exchange will still go through. Unless you send way less than the minimum, then it'll auto-fail and refund to your address (if you gave us one), or we'll ask you for a refund address right there on the order page.

About network fee overpayments:

Sometimes network traffic gets crazy. If we think your exchange might get stuck and won't finish in the usual 20-40 minutes, we'll bump up the network fees. But you don't have to pay extra - you can just say no and request a refund right on the page.

Why we can't delete the "my swaps" section:

We'd get flooded with people panicking like "HELP! I lost my exchange!"

Here's why: If something goes wrong and you didn't give us a refund address at the start, the exchange status page is the ONLY place you can get your refund. Otherwise, just clear your browser history if you want it gone.

About keeping records:

We don't collect logs - we only save basic exchange details. We thought about auto-deleting everything after 15 days, but that could cause problems (explained above). So instead, we're working on adding a "delete" button that you can use yourself once your exchange is done, refunded, or cancelled.
