First deposit came in the amount of $17.64
Second deposit was in the amount $25.

Leaving me with a balance of $42.6 for a transaction that was worth $27.88 (including fees).

What’s the obvious error here or there is something else at play?

The second amount you received looks like the right amount you should received -minus the fees, the first one seems like a bug, and should be considered as a critical bug for an exchange platform for sending twice. By the total amount you received, it sounded like you sent an amount to a bitcoin doubler platform. Kidding aside, b1exch should fix this asap.

I tried testing the b1exch service today and was met with a couple of challenges, at first I felt it was my internet service but, I discovered that other sites and pages I was operating were opening swiftly and so, I switched browser and the loading time was greatly reduced.

As observed, the safari browser presents a little difficulty and loads forever while trying to access the exchange as opposed to other browsers.


Trying out its service, I used the minimum allowed for a BTC to USDT (TRC20) network and upon initiating the transaction, it took almost 2 minutes to be noted deposit on webpage while it was awaiting confirmation. On average the entire procedure which included deposit, confirmation, exchange and complete was processed in about 10minutes.

Though the transaction was completed, it appears I’m not getting funded as,
Service fee was 3% ($0.84) of the original BTC0.0004 ($27.88) sent,
Processing fee (Exchange + Network) cost $27.04 which leaves you with nothing!

Is that the amount he should have received after the swap, $27 - service fee? Is it possible that the service fee is $10 for such a small amount?

OK, compensation, but then what is this $17.64 deposit?
Is that the amount he should have received after the swap, $27 - service fee? Is it possible that the service fee is $10 for such a small amount?

This was an issue , which has been fixed.
He got back total 42.64 usd with compensation for encountering with this bug.
As we get countless 20 $ swaps and the rate of the coins also moved during the swap.
Which was not all in the swapper's favor.
And that 17.64 $ he received as refund , is with minus network fees of tron.

Yes, this is true and concerns blocking at the level of the registrar of the zone and for which, as a rule, a court decision is needed. But most often, the blocking occurs at the level of the hosting campaign, and in this case it does not matter in which domain zone the domain is registered.

As for Njalla, when registering, this registrar registers the domain in their own name rather than in the customer name, so it can block it for any reason.

If I'm not getting it wrong then he received $17.64 as compensation or as refund not $25 because that $25 seems accurate as the swap amount after the network+exchange fee. I still think that there's some kind of bug at the site that might needs a fix because we all know that in crypto world such bugs can be reason of huge losses as negative people might find a way to take advantage of such bugs. If it's fixed then good otherwise a fix is highly needed.

Swap was cancelled and user was sent 17.64 $ back.
We compensated him only for the delay of the swap.

Unfortunately, however, the blocks tend to happen in a spirit of "anticipatory obedience." So when an authority such as the US or the EU knocks on the door and demands that a service be blocked, there is a tendency to comply immediately, even if there is no court order or similar.

The companies affected can, of course, take action against this, but that takes time and also costs a lot of resources (money, manpower, loss of reputation, etc.).

Did it to me as well, just now, few minutes before writing this. Not sure if it matters at all, but I was using the clearnet link. Did it quite a few times during the exchange process.

Also, since I'm already writing this, I just went ahead and did my first transactions from my Bitcoin wallet to LTC, I needed some a relatively small amount of funds for something personal and this was the perfect opportunity to test the platform as well. Apart from the slight "issue" that crwth also mentioned, the exchange was smooth and within a few minutes, I had my LTC in my wallet.

Making clearnet as stable as tor is an challenge of it's own.
