As far as I can see, USDC (ERC-20) is currently available.
That's strange. USDC (ERC20) isn't showing up in my list of available options. Only DAI (ERC20) and USDT (ERC20) are available among the stablecoins. And it's unlikely to be a liquidity issue. I can't select USDC (ERC20) for "You send" either.

Interestingly, USDC is still greyed out and shows as Unavailable on my end too. There is some balance in the Pool however but it is low, around 3.2 thousand Dollars. It even shows as 'Available' on the Pool page ( https://b1exch.to/Liquidity). It may have to do with particularly that, the low balance.

Isn't it dangerous to share your wallet with USDT (ERC-20) and USDC (ERC-20) when these tokens could be frozen at any time? Also, other observers might see coins that came from the service without KYC or verification of the source of funds. Transparency is good, but it's a major risk for the project.

Whatever the reasons may be for this situation, I would hope they can improve their selection of coins that are available.
They've moved to their own liquidity pool that might be the reason why it's taking sometime to make those coins available. However, the current coins available at b1exch are more than enough for a huge number of users. They might be planning a higher level upgrade that might be the reason why we're not seeing those coins availability but I'm very sure that they'll add those coins in future. That's strange. USDC (ERC20) isn't showing up in my list of available options. Only DAI (ERC20) and USDT (ERC20) are available among the stablecoins. And it's unlikely to be a liquidity issue. Well, it was unavailable for me as well but after I've loaded the site a few hours ago and when I refreshed it the USDC (ERC20) is now available on the list. The coin has liquidity of around $3.2k, and it's okay for some users.

Yes and no. It would be difficult to not have all the b1exch Addresses linked at some point even if they did not share their wallet publicly for transparency. And all the other wallets are transparent too so even if they hide the USDT and USDC ones, what stops any other platform from automatically suspecting every Bitcoin that came from their wallets too? I suppose they are assuming this risk. It may be more difficult to freeze a b1exch wallet too as they are an Exchange, and it may be easier for b1exch to get it unlocked for the same reason.

Everything in its time. In addition to the scheduled tasks we work on daily, there are numerous cases we encounter regularly, such as sending money to the wrong network, user requests related to unconfirmed transactions, sending less than the minimum amount, and many others. We also focus on Affiliate and advertising. Remember, our team is made up of people, not robots. It’s been more than a month without a progress update. It might even be closer to two months, which is just a long enough time to begin wondering about the status of these new coins. As it is right now, most coins are greyed out from the drop down list. 3 coins that were there from early on have been disabled, including USDC, which is one of the more popular choices, I would presume. Maybe it will be back later when the pool of funds is rebalanced.
Whatever the reasons may be for this situation, I would hope they can improve their selection of coins that are available.

Actually, I also faced the same problem yesterday while using b1exch exchange. But at first I thought it was a network problem, so I checked to make sure my (WiFi internet) was working properly. Next time I tried again using my mobile phone internet and found that everything was working fine. Maybe it’s also showing like that on your side because of an internet connection problem. Just make sure your internet is stable and try again, it should work well. Lately I've been feeling some instability. Are they being attacked again?
Even though I don’t normally use the Tor network, after seeing your post I decided to try it out, I found that everything was working perfectly. You can try again on your end, it might be fixed now.

I use b1exch.to today, with Tor, and there is no issue. This time, I used BTC > LTC pair for cheaper fee than BTC > XMR. During the trade, there is a Rate protection, default rate is 2% but there are lower and higher Rates to customize. I chose 1%, lower than 2% by default setting, and the trade completed smoothly too. There is a Pending Review on Bitlist for the b1exch.to exchange too.

We also focus on Affiliate and advertising. Remember, our team is made up of people, not robots. Isn't it a good sign for you and for your platform? Because as long as users increase, you will face more difficulties supporting them. It's normal when more users come on your platform; they will make some mistakes as well, and your team will have to solve these issues. That means you have to expand your support team, because you are earning more revenue, lol. Yea, affiliate marketing would help to expand your business and pull more real users. As long as you serve honestly, I believe affiliate marketing and branding will attract new users.

Honestly, sending to the wrong chain is entirely the user's fault. Given that they have met and resolved such cases several times, this encourages everyone who makes a mistake to try for a refund, even if the amounts are very small. First of all, they would have to add a clearer warning when entering the address, for the user to double check his deposit address. A warning in the order page is also desirable, I haven't seen it. Earlier, I saw that some similar services offered something like that, but they charged for it. Which often did not make sense for smaller amounts, but at least it relieved support with such requests.

Definitely. If so many users are sending to the wrong chain then they are either competitors and bored people who are trying to keep your people busy or there are too many people who do not understand what chain to choose. Most of the Exchanges I used in the past had a pop up warning for these situations. Anyway. It is a good thing that they are solving these issues. I can not recall one time I heard this happened without the Exchange asking a significant Fee for the effort.

It can be personal mistakes or business attacks from competitors because mistakes don't repeatedly happen many times. Especially people who use exchanges like b1exch are very likely experienced people, or at least they have knowledge and kind of enough experience already, they're very unlikely newbies. Therefore chance for such mistakes is very low, and if it occurs many times, I think more about attacks. Anyway. It is a good thing that they are solving these issues. b1exch has Refund policy without conditions, so that's good for users.

Fee Reduction: Any → XMR Now 1%
We're excited to announce a major fee reduction:
Any → XMR: Reduced from 3% to 1%
This applies to all coins swapping to Monero.
Updated Fee Structure:
• All pairs (excluding XMR): 1% • Any → XMR: 1% (reduced from 3%) • XMR → Any: 1%
All swaps now 1% flat across the board. Network fees still apply separately.

Fee Reduction: Any → XMR Now 1%
This is actually a great update. I think the service now has one of the lowest fees or even, the lowest among XMR accepted exchange platforms. Hopefully this isn't just temporary and the rates stay this way for a long time.

Great news. I can confirm that I've already noticed the reduction. Regarding network fees, there are still some things I don't understand, especially in the case of Bitcoin. But, it's okay, it's more or less manageable.

Sweet this percentage is so low right now and people can easily enjoy the swap and of course as per checking right now is even the fees is lower so swapping into other coin is ideal, ive seen bitcoin consistently at 1-3 sat/byte cost only and with this rate. Its more flexible right now. Thanks b1exch team!

Great @b1ack - this is a fantastic update and really brings b1eXch’s vision of transparency and anonymity to life. To be honest, I personally don’t use XMR nearly enough, but that’s more for tax reasons in my portfolio than because there are any other reasons against using XMR. However, I’ll definitely be relying more on XMR for crypto-to-crypto transfers in the future.

Now all our pairs are 1 %. It's an big achievement for us.
