The only thing I dislike and/or don't understand about b1exch is the processing fees that sometimes just get too high. Last time I made a LTC -> BTC swap, I paid $2,92 in processing fees for a $29 order. Looking at the blockchain, the whole thing costed less than $0,70 ... so why the > $2 difference? Tongue
I have also faced something similar before, but I never really talked about it. After seeing your comment, it reminded me of the time I swapped (LTC to BTC). Normally, when swapping other coins apart from bitcoin, there is no need to pay any extra fee during the block confirmation process. I think this kind of thing mostly happens with bitcoin blocks only. But gradually, b1exch is paying more attention to these issues and they are still working on improving the system.

To me, this also seems somewhat non-transparent and imprecise.
Perhaps we could consider implementing the possibility for the user to choose whether he will always insist on the fastest fee or wait a few blocks for a normal or low fee. It is very important for small transactions.

b1ack, Could you let me know if you plan to launch an affiliate program in the near future?
Just a few days earlier, they talked about what you are asking and gave a very clear indication why the affiliate program has not yet been implemented.  Wink
And it is in their interest to enable a partner program so that others are stimulated to recommend them.
Although I am not sure how attractive they will be through affiliate, considering the announced service fee reductions.
Everything in its time. In addition to the scheduled tasks we work on daily, there are numerous cases we encounter regularly, such as sending money to the wrong network, user requests related to unconfirmed transactions, sending less than the minimum amount, and many others. We also focus on Affiliate and advertising.

Remember, our team is made up of people, not robots.  Wink

Thanks for the clarification. In the future, I’ll make sure to read through the entire thread more carefully before asking a question.

That's really good news. I hope b1ack finds a way to combine the affiliate program with lower commissions

Hi b1ack .. It is also recommended that DAI be upgraded, currently in some CEXs: DAI no longer exists. because it has been renamed USDS. Earlier I was confused when I saw that DAI was no longer available on CEX, but after I found out, it was renamed USDS.

I also searched for DAI on Coinmarketcap and there was also a notice that DAI was rebranding to USDS. I hope you also upgrade so that there is no confusion when customers will use it.

Here's an article that says that DAI can be upgraded to USDS: https://forum.skyeco.com/t/sky-has-arrived/24959

On the contrary: it is crucial to preserve DAI. CEXs mislead us when they say it no longer exists. In fact, the USDS smart contract has administrative keys, which makes it completely different from DAI. It is highly important that places where DAI tokens can still be swapped remain available. And I believe that b1exch is perfectly suited for this role.

In essence, it is quite irrelevant as long as it is possible to directly swap 1:1 DAI to USDS. Depending on the platform, there may even be an advantage in anonymizing the conversion to DAI.

Perhaps we could consider implementing the possibility for the user to choose whether he will always insist on the fastest fee or wait a few blocks for a normal or low fee. It is very important for small transactions.
Your idea is good, but it would be complicated in some cases based on network congestion. Because when choosing lower fees, sometimes you might need to wait longer than expected, even it would take a couple of days to be confirmed on the blockchain. Have you remembered when the BestChange campaign had been running? Their payment takes a long time to receive in our wallet. I can recall, due to lower fees, sometimes after a day we received it.

Remember we encountered such a situation a year ago; the transaction fees were high. Lower transaction fees take a couple of days to confirm the transaction. So if b1exch adds a lower fees option, then sometimes we may see such situations, and users may come here or on the scam accusation board with the allegations.

So even with the lower fees option, it needs to be monitored and updated from time to time. Otherwise, we may see complicity.

Definitely good for the user who wants more swapping options; it's better for them. For USDT, the Tron network is one of the biggest chains, and a lot of users use TRC20 for USDT. Current liquidity seems enough for the initial pair; you may add more based on the swapping demands. If I can remember, then I saw TRC20 and BEP20 on the coming soon list few days back.

Yes, it would be better to add more pairs based on demand. Adding a lot of pairs would be extra work for you. But also remember, more pairs mean users can swap as per their requirements. So keep following users' demands.

It is not enough to just implement new coins due to demand. More pairs require more liquidity, and each new asset that is added requires the reservation of a certain part of the funds in the pool.
This is a particular challenge for instant exchangers that operate with their own liquidity funds.

Our next goals would be public apis and affiliate system and introducing 0.5 %  fee float exchange.

This would be a very good addition.  I often do not mind the varying final amount so the even lower Fee choice would be absolutely great.

Both of those are useful goals, the affiliate system is highly needed because once it's fully functional then many people will refers users to b1exch and that will result into more transactions and recurring users. And, the flat fee rate of 0.5% is going to be much helpful for many people because if such low rates are offered by a no KYC platform then most people who give priority to privacy will shift to no KYC exchanges.

That would be good for your platform to attract more users. Btw, have you completely moved on from the THORChain liquidity? According to you, you have been transitioned, but I'm still wondering, have you been using it or totally moved on? Because we noticed THORChain was hacked recently, we hope you haven't been affected anyway.

We've transitioned to using our own liquidity reserves instead of mixed reserves alongside DEX protocols. This means we no longer depend on or route your swaps through THORChain.
So you are out of THORChain? Then nothing to be afraid of. Otherwise it's a matter of concern definitely since you had been using THORChain liquidity.
