Sometimes I also face issues like this, but don't rush to make a post immediately because in many cases it can happen because of network problems too. I have noticed here that those who have posted about such problems, maximum problems are solved by trying again.
More people reporting the same issue means a wide spread issue and lets the owners know what to work on. Not reporting because one reply already exists is not helpful to b1exch. My opinion.

b1exch is undergoing maintenance. New swaps are temporarily paused while we perform maintenance. Existing swaps can still be checked normally.

I have visited the site right now, and it seems it's still under maintenance for swap. The rest of the functions are still working well, like status; anyone could check their current swap status through swap ID. However, I'm not sure if the data is showing accurately, but it's been working from the frontend. Also, other functions on the frontend are working, like FAQs and liquidity pools. At least the liquidity pool is working properly; I have checked and verified it on Mempool and other relevant explorers.

b1exch is undergoing maintenance.
Update:The maintenance work is over and now the b1exch exchange is working well. b1exch was under maintenance for about a few hours but now it is fully operational. Those who want to use it can now use it without hesitation.
Also noticed that (TRC20 USDT) swap has been added, but the pools seem quite small at the moment. Am I only one who sees (TRC20 USDT) as new or has it been there before? Although I haven't used it to exchange yet so I don't know but if anyone used it then explain here.

That's good news. Even reducing maintenance time by just an hour can make a big difference for a business that relies on processing transactions. Less downtime/maintenance means fewer interruptions, better user experience, and potentially more revenue since customers can continue using the service without delays. It's already there since earlier, at least when i tried it months ago, feb i guess.

Here is just my not-so-pressing suggestion. Wouldn't it be cool if there was a page to track the website's operational status? Like how long the planned maintenance has been on going or even the ETA and then also a maintenance log/ changes of log of sorts. I am not a programmer, so I am not sure what I am suggesting requires JavaScript or not

I am not a programmer, so I am not sure what I am suggesting requires JavaScript or not I know that some services have their pages for operational status of their website and services but not all cryptocurrency exchanges from centralized to decentralized, KYC to no KYC exchanges have such Operational Status page. With b1exch.to exchange, if they add that page, it will be something different than this one https://b1exch.to/CheckStatusThen there will be like Check your swap status and Check exchange operational status. It can be shorter than that but must be two different pages.

It was added a couple of weeks ago. They said you can do bigger swaps if you're ok waiting for them to backfill the order with more liquidity. Right now I see there's over $3,4m worth of XMR, so clearly liquidity has growed but popular pairs concentrate most of it when demand is high.

I would recommend that no one use their service till their owner/admin here gives feedback
I made an exchange from xmr to btc . Deposited the xmr to the given address then waited for the confirmations . After 3 confirmations the order said successful and btc sent , when I clicked on the transaction hash they provided for the sent btc it showed on the blockchain its a random transaction that happened on 30 May which is yesterday , address and amount is different. Ive got all proof which I will publish later incase there is an argument.
Its been 2 hours and I still didnt get my btc and also didnt get any meaningful response from online support although it shows they are online and they have viewed my messages.
So its better that no one uses them in case they are compromised or admin confirms they have fixed the issue so no one losses their funds.

Have you verified their PGP Signed Guarantee for your order? You can verify it quickly here: https://bitlist.co/service/b1exch/verify-pgpMake sure to save it. If it contains your "receive address" and no BTC was sent to that address, then you'll have no trouble proving your claims if they don't solve your issue.

Thanks for the pointer , yes it indeed does verifies. But unfortunately the address still didn't receive any funds yet or show any pending transactions and support still quiet but views the messages. If its a system error they could just respond and easily correct the mistake and not leave me hanging. I will update later or share the pgp signed message privately with someone reputable here if they request it in order to warn others as their message will carry more weight.

After 6 hours I successfully received my coins now and transaction id is showing the correct hash now , but still no messages from support to explain what happened or apologize for the inconvenience it caused. At least I got my coins. Thanks everyone
I recently checked with several swapping services regarding the number of Monero network confirmations required when exchanging XMR. One service told me that for amounts over 300 XMR, they only process the exchange after 150 confirmations, even though ten are enough for smaller amounts. Could the same issue be at play here? b1ack also previously mentioned ten confirmations here. Perhaps this is the standard for small amounts, while large amounts are now exchanged everywhere only after such a long wait? Did you have a large amount?

B1exch is a genuine services and they've been doing quite well, I've used it multiple times myself and never faced any issue You've got your coins and that matters the most and don't worry a service like b1exch will always give priority to its users. Sometimes it takes time to receive messages from the support team because they're busy doing a lot of things but if the issue is resolved then there's no point to get any messages from the support. Sometimes due to network congestion and other factors a few transactions can take times but in most times transactions are instant and a user never faces any issue.

I remember b1exch gives something like rebates (whatever you call it) for the inconvenience when some issue happens especially for something like that that takes hours before the transaction goes through. As well as i don't think you could just say that "there's no point to get any messages from the support" since it already resolved.

Maybe for quoting his own thread and then replying consecutively. I would usually think the moderators would just merge the replies but for this case they just decided to delete Here is an entry in the mod log Delete reply: Re: ✅ b1exch.to - Instant Auto Exchange | NO KYC | Escrow 0.2 BTC (message #66784056) in topic #5571363 by member #3758395 It indeed appears the problem was solved.

Don't think any transaction has ever taken this long to complete. One of my transactions took around 30 minutes to complete. But I really don't understand why your transaction took such a long time to complete. Normally, it never takes this much time for blocks to be confirmed, so only b1ack can explain why it took so long in your case.

As we were undergoing active maintenance and even though the maintenance was done. We have been testing and adding new features and that made this swap worst. In such cases , just please create an support ticket and your query will be solved in 24 hours (mostly it is done asap or in few hours but we ain't AIs.)
