How to think that this was some mistake by Cloudflare, despite indicating that it is from the website.

I say this, because yesterday (the 15th) several websites received this information from Cloudflare.
Sites that are not connected to each other and are unlikely to use the same servers.

But for Cloudflare it is easier to point the finger at the sites than to assume some failure.

The site is operational again on clearnet, on the main domain (b1exch.to). I simulated a new order and the invoice appeared, it was just a temporary instability.

Probably you can use VPN or Tor browser upon talking with support chat if privacy your concern. Because we don't know either if it's encrypted or not, most of the platforms use a third-party support system where chat logs exist, and who knows if they could see your IP address? However, I agree with you. Encryption would be better for both party users and the b1exch team as well to protect privacy.

OP could tell us what chat system they have been using. If it's built by the b1exch team, then probably they would implement end-to-end encryption as well.

It is probably manually added, but the question if its hardcoded on html Or in its database from admin dashboard.

I am not sure about the support chat feature provides by b1exch.to but it's non sense to speculate or create drama about it. The exchange representative has been actively in the forum so he will return to read posts, questions from community and give us replies as well as more information.

Who don't care about privacy actually have no reason to use b1exch.to so with an assumption that privacy is priority of b1exch.to users, they likely will care about how private their information in the chat is.

Technically speaking, class and id attributes is commonly used in JS script for dom manipulation, b1exch don't use JS and only rely on server script like PHP (maybe), so i'll consider those class only for CSS and won't consider them as a proof for backend update through database update.

I think my exchange is less than the liquidity for the LTC so I'm surprised thw exchange is taking this long. This is my first time using the exchange so I have no such experience.

The live chat function seems not functioning too because I have not gotten a response from them. What do you suggest I do in this situation?

Just a quick update, I have finally received the funds and exchange completed. It took about 95 minutes to complete after deposit confirmation, it is long for sure but as long as the funds arrived, I'm satisfied. The fee is good for me as it is one of the lowest I have seen.

Finally, I got a response from the live support and that shows that is also functional.

Only b1exch representative on the forum can tell that but as far as I understand, the chat that's available on b1exch should have some kind of end-to-end encryption because it's a privacy service and we all know that such services try their best to achieve maximum level of privacy. If I'm not wrong they've removed other contact platforms because those weren't that safe but their on live chat is much safe. Still, I suggest you to use Tor as that's very important.
