The entire exchange took over 3 hours, and only yielded 10 SOL. If the exchange amount were large, I don't think anyone would trust such a service. It's absolutely terrible. And I feel the online support is just for show. A plugin that doesn't respond and acts all high and mighty. I don't know why anyone would recommend this service. I don't know why I used it; I just tried it out and this is the result. Absolutely awful, absolutely awful.
I admit it would take unusual times to complete the swap due to technical reasons or something. But when you raise a concern and come here for the solution, then you should include the order ID as well to check your swap details and find the reason why it's late. The amount you swap isn't so big, and they have escrowed funds as well. If the swap amount is higher than liquidity, then sometimes it takes extra time. Otherwise, we can't see many complaints from the users. You just created a new account to complain about your issue here? If there are problems, we can see how b1exch is solving them. You shouldn't worry if there are delays, though new users often may become panicked.

The user that reported about b1exch is a newbie member, I think he/she created that account to defame a good service like b1exch and that's why I don't think he/she will reply to us again because then he/she will be speechless. $200k is a lot of money as a security deposit and that's more than enough for many people to use the platform without any fear. They've been improving their services overtime, and adding new features on their platform. In short time they've showed us that they're genuine and they'll continue to provide their services for long term.

Yes, that's true and we can't change mindset of such people whatsoever. If you want privacy then waiting an extra hour or two or even more than that is okay. Yes, I've seen those images and there's nothing wrong to have some delays in completion of orders on such exchanges because they are not asking for your personal details and they're offering you a service that you can use to swap one coin to another while having complete privacy.

Sometimes for privacy one has to accept some delays, but that doesn't mean a service is bad or not performing well. There can be multiple reasons why a user faces delays in completion of orders, one such reason is the presence of multiple orders that's why sometimes a few orders can be part of queue, but those orders also get completed.

And since the order was not completed after more than two hours, I needed to seek help, but online support did not respond. That's why I chose to post an announcement on the forum for assistance. However, it seems you've begun to distort the facts.
There can be reasons why online support might not be able to respond at times, if you read comments of the b1exch official representative on this forum then you'll understand that they've been improving their service overtime, and they're not relaying on any third party services to complete orders of users but they've their own liquidity pool, and they've been adding such useful features overtime that are very useful for the ones who give most importance to privacy. So far all orders that were placed at b1exch have been completed successfully and that's what matters the most. If you want privacy then waiting for a few hours shouldn't be a big concern whatsoever.

If there is one thing I’ve known is that, certain categories is people do exists that likes doing things on the fast lane,

1. Those who m has illegally acquired what doesn’t belong to them exactly like we find many scammers do from time to time, using split second decisions to push their victims into taking decisions that aren’t insightful or thoroughly researched about.
2. People that just like adrenaline rushed activities, you act only in times of emergencies and never do any proper planning on almost anything. It really gets to hit you before you act.

To these persons, time is always of the essence and once you aren’t doing what they want in the very instant they want it, it becomes a problem.

In deed time do matter in the execution of a service but, it’s okay to understand that in the cryptospace, time is relative. It depends on task volume, fee rate and congestion of the blockchain.

It’s happened several times and I’ve seen a user on the forum have to own up and withdrew his negative statement with a promise of continued patronage of a service after his issue was resolved. It’s one of the reasons why certain users shouldn’t act based on instinct but, it’s what we find often on the forum because of the available channels.

It seems that b1exch is not listed on Monerica. If I remember correctly, they were listed there, but they may have been removed, or maybe I'm wrong. I don't know what the reason is, but you should probably contact Monerica for an explanation.

I tested the Live Chat multiple times my self and every time I did, I got an answer within minutes no matter what I requested.  I do not know where you people come from or how yours do not get answered immediately but this is one of the times I would think people do not always deserve the luxury to have a Live Chat.  When there is no Live Chat there are complaints that it takes too long to respond to email or other communication channels, when there is Live Chat it is a problem because the answer was not immediate.

You can see how much time passed between my post and their request for the order number. And my image contained all the order information. Can't you see that? This is just a response, not a solution. You don't need to argue with me about this website. Furthermore, I think they should reflect on the problem instead of letting you narrow it down; they should proactively admit their mistake and issue a public apology.

For the fact that you tested the live chat several times and got responses does not mean the complainant was lying about his experience. You guys might obviously have a different time zone and we do not actually know when Sol contacted the live chat, it could be late night.

Live chat is not a luxury, it is a necessity. I do not think that b1exch will respond to their customers in this manner. They are looking for loyal customers and will not appreciate anyone who makes them lose one.

I believe your funds are processed now, if yes, you can use the service again. One time experience is not enough to judge a service, especially when many are already satisfied by the service.
