I've only done a simple test so far, but it seems to only classify (evaluate) without giving a reason for that evaluation.

In other words, it simply states whether the risk is low/medium/high, with a score.
The question I always ask is: why? What was the origin that motivated this flag? Was it a mixer, a swapping service, was it from a specific address? What is the reason for this classification?

I miss that kind of detail in the analysis. Because sometimes I find the result strange.

This applies to various AML check services. I haven't tested this one much, so I might be wrong, but that's the impression I got.

Actually, I think the issue probably isn't the b1exch address. When there's a problem with the recipient's address, exchanges usually reject the withdrawal quickly and warn you that the account will be blocked on the next attempt to that same recipient. But here, everything went differently. So the trigger was likely something else.

I also think it's probably not a problem with the b1exch address, but what is actually their problem here? And you need to know clearly from them why they are doing this. Besides, if there is no problem with the b1exch exchange address then why did this issue happen only after making the withdrawal? That is also something to think about.

Since coins that people buy from KYC centralized exchanges are low in AML score and can be used anywhere without any issues.

Also, when there's ban on cryptocurrency in a country then it's going to be a tough job to buy or hold coins in that country because it's like challenging the legal system. One can get serious issues by buying coins in a banned country, especially in a country like Algeria and in Afghanistan.

And for those who want to set their own exchange rate. Exchange services like b1exch are good for those who are ready to pay extra not only for the lack of AML terrorism, but also for simplicity: you come in, check the rate, and then, if you like the rate, you exchange, and if not, you wait for it to change. On CEXs, you can place a limit order, and it will be executed the exact moment someone looking for a counter-exchange finds your price acceptable. Limit order enthusiasts are unlikely to switch to b1exch.

In the past, Bitfinex has already blocked withdrawals of my assets to addresses it considered high-risk. Other exchanges do this too. It is a pretty standard practice.

I have no idea what triggered the additional verification on my account. It is entirely possible that b1exch's address has nothing to do with it.

I saw that Bitmex, the pioneer in Bitcoin derivatives, announced they will shutting down. I don't know the reason yet, they are saying it's due to excessive regulation.
One of the pioneers is shutting down, what will be left? Are CEXs collapsing? Unlicensed instant-exchanges could benefit greatly from this, this could be a very strong signal that customers are preferring grey market exchanges for greater privacy and P2P sellers.

It's not always guaranteed that you'll receive coins with low AML, even from licensed CEXs. I myself withdrew coins with over +60 AML almost ~(+-)8 years ago, and I still haven't spent from that address.

You might have received those coins from a low level centralized exchange, someone who received coins from Binance and other top exchanges might not face this AML issue. Can you tell about that exchange so others might be careful in future. Also, it's hard to do anything with the coins with high AML, that's why it's always better to use different wallets for ones own safety.

Trends change and those who fail to adapt will collapse. An obvious problem arises if a large number of users withdraw funds from an exchange at the same time, and these have placed the user's capital through various assets, lending, staking, NFTs, etc... Then the easiest thing is to declare exit from the business.
If nothing, at least that excuse has been changed, because until now the most common reason was the hack and the famous Lazarus.

I've done today a somewhat bigger swap and written some reviews too. Not the first one, but since it was bigger, let's add reviews 

And I noticed in the reviews that people complain, especially about the processing fees, which is a shame, given that the exchange does work well.
I've also noticed while my swap was ongoing that the variation of those fees is quite big, highly visible when the amount is bigger and the processing time is longer.
I know it's estimation and this is not a complaint, instead an attempt of advice to avoid others complain.

So.. I'd recommend b1exch double check what happens there. And if the values are normal, then simply explain better, add an some words there, maybe write an expected range? I don't know, ... something  . I think that some people expect that this is only the network fee and this is clearly much more than that.

Are CEXs collapsing?

We are in the last part of the crypto winter. I expect that the volumes are not that great for quite a while, which can affect profitability.
On top of this, EU MiCA, although it's far from being effective (or working at all, heh), can be perceived as one more hit against the industry. And while EU is far from US or Asia, it's still a big market. It may add up to the equation.

So, today I tried b1exch.to changing LTC → SOL. Overall everything went well, I received the exchanged coins. In my opinion, the minimum amounts for exchange are quite high, especially for some coins, such as Bitcoin. For LTC the minimum exchange was from approximately the equivalent of $22.

Comparing it to CCE, which I used last week, I can say that the confirmation and exchange process on b1exch.to took quite a lot of time. Significantly longer than on CCE. Also, fewer coins are available for exchange here than on CCE, but definitely more than, for example, on dex.fo (the small number of coins available for exchange I consider a drawback of that last service). From the moment of creating the order to the moment I received my exchanged coins, 38 minutes passed.

So among the pros I would highlight that the exchange was successful and I received my SOL, but the cons are: slow process and few coin combinations for exchange.

I tried to use the B1exch exchange but it looks like the site can't be reached. Previously, when the site was under maintenance, it used to show a message directly saying that maintenance work was going on, but this time I can't see anything like that.

If you still can't access the website, the issue is probably on your end.

Maybe the problem was on my side. I had been trying for quite a while to enter the site because wanted to check the history of my swap that was completed one day ago, but I couldn't get in for a long time, so that's why I made a post here to ask about it.

When I tried using a VPN, it entered properly but on my laptop the site was not opening with my local wifi line. Then I disconnected the wifi line and connected it again and tried and now it's working properly, I can also check my previous history.

You can try Tor, the site works perfectly on Tor. I personally visit the site using Tor browser and I've never faced any issue by using the clear net version and by using the Onion version. Even a VPN with a poor internet connection can already be frustrating, so imagine using it over Tor. That requires a whole new level of patience.

If the connection is too slow or unstable, it's probably better to wait until you have a more reliable connection before making your transaction, rather than risking delays or connection issues.
