They haven't answered my live chat to them about my partner API token, and they don't seem to have any other contact methods.

Everything works normally today, but I'm a bit concerned about this situation.
I get it, I think the same, I don't know if anyone besides me has had reports of swap delays. It would be interesting to hear more opinions.

Much of it is not due to a lack of trust, it's about the site detecting transactions and processing swaps as the necessary confirmations are reached without delays, It's very important that swap deadlines are met, as the customer may need to use the funds shortly afterward because they made a commitment.

b1exch.to was operating smoothly and undergoing continuous development. if issues were rare they might not have needed to hire anyone. Their disappearance could simply mean they are working on developing something new.

Lack of communication and lack of support set off certain alarms for me. The team behind b1exch was very active on the forum earlier, so it's certainly not a good sign that they have been away for so long.

I would definitely advise everyone who uses b1exch to keep exclusively within the amount that is in escrow

It is sad to see and say this but I am personally not going to use their platform any more after the recent input from our community and the deep silence from b1exch, at least until things start looking better.  I do know there is a lot of money escrowed in case any thing happens but at this point I would rather not risk at all, as every additional day of silence only makes me worry more.

Not to mention that if they do decide to close the curtains, I would not want to be in line asking for a compensation with others who spend more than the escrowed amount in one transaction.  I do not know how it works if some of us have 100 Dollars to recover while others have hundreds of Thousands, and I do not need any head ache right now.

It's not the game over for b1exch yet, but really, the service provider is the one who needs clients the most and clients, seeing their absence increase every day, will start to realize that it's not worth taking the risk of using the service now, even with escrow, as their notable presence decreases every day.

I hope it's not the end, but I'm seeing new competitor services popping up (most claim to be no-KYC).

Have you tried sending them a message on this forum? It appears they logged in within the last 72 hours.
they are active, they do not engage with users.

This has now been changed so that if you were last active within the last 72 hours and you have the show-online option disabled, then the exact time will not be displayed, and it will instead just say "(Recently)".

This can be automated very easily, so that it looks like the account is always online and present, even though the human has nothing to do with it.
I wouldn't take that as a parameter, especially not if we're talking about someone with coding experience.

They haven’t logged in since October 29th and their logout date predates my post regarding their last seen status. it is possible that they have actually logged in and are reading messages.

It does not help much to know they were recently logged in.  If any thing, more 'ghosting' on their side makes me worry more, not less!

It seems the representative @b1ack has been somewhat inactive lately, his last interaction in his own ANN was on 2026/06/21, which is practically 03 months ago, and his last interactions are in giveaway organizations, where his last post was made on the same date, 2026/06/21.

The representative needs to be attentive to what is happening in the ANN.

This is indeed a long time.

Certainly makes everyone worried, and I would personally avoid making swaps until the official representative shows up in the forum with some posts.

There was a problem with the second instant exchange (0trace) and the lack of communication is the first sign of a problem.
I supported the initiative to warn all potential users and refrain from using b1exch until someone officially comes forward and explains what is happening.
There is no justification for them to operate in complete secrecy, just as there is no need for us to have new dissatisfied users here.

So, for now, stay away from b1exch.
