That's dangerously high mate, what you should do is seek medical attention instead of being worried about gambling...high blood pressure can cause damage to your organs so if you can go to nearby hospital to go and run a test to know the way your problem should be handled  you don't need anything that would stress you out again you need to be in the hospital take medications

Someone that has love for gambling will not listen to such advise of staying away from gambling because of high BP, it wouldn't even stopped him, nothing one do will ever stop that dude no matter what, what can actually let him stop is  when the side effects of high BP has escalate and that gambling had caused a lot of pain in his life, then he can learn from his lessons.

someone with normal BP very easy to get stressed after gamble, they are unable to control themselves after lossing. if you already have a high BP, learn from that case, if you are stress or panic because of higher bet you place, it will affect your BP. so, stay away while your BP too high.

I've often observed or noticed that people who have high blood pressure or heart problems are often very stubborn, and this actually is a contributing reason for the condition they have, because when someone is stubborn, they tend to be short-tempered as well since if something they wish to have or do and their wish isn't fulfilled, they become angry, and that becomes the reason for their blood pressure to shoot up. So even if such people are advised to not do a certain thing, they won't easily listen or understand, especially if it's gambling which is already an addictive activity.

No, you should not do that at all. With blood pressure that high, gambling is not a good idea. It is stressful and emotionally draining, and that can push your BP even higher.
I don’t think any medical practitioner will advise you to do that as well. This is a time to rest, calm your mind, and focus on your health not gambling. We all know that gambling can always wait, so just focus on your wellbeing, because your wellbeing is far more important..

Many old people can have high blood pressure but which can be managed and set back to normal with cheap medications and regular check ups.

you just pointed out something that a lot of us might be neglecting, SLEEP...there is a lot that can go wrong in the human body when it's sleep deprived, there's no surprise if it can lead to an elevated blood pressure...a lot of gamblers don't get good rest all they do is stay up and increase their screen time.. what he needs is time off gambling, a routine checkup, good rest and if recommended medications too
