I just checked their T&C and it looks like they don't actually have an "instant withdrawal" system at all. Everything is processed manually no matter the amount or how many times you withdraw. So your first withdrawal that went through quickly and 30 minute one both were manually reviewed. The time difference is probably just because their team was less busy earlier, or maybe your first one was simpler to verify.
That message about "reached the limit" is a bit misleading then. It's not really about hitting a limit, they just review everything manually for security. Would be nice if they explained this more clearly upfront though.

Support wrote to me that they know that I didn't abuse but they have more work now and I have to wait for the withdrawal to be processed, I don't really know how I could abuse if I played and didn't even make a profit, at the moment my deposits exceed the processed withdrawalaws by about $5,000 and I only bet on matches from the major leagues.
