Writing more and clearer terms for your program will protect your business from abuse and prevent unnecessary accusations against your company that if not proactively prepared will possibly affect your business reputation. Spending money into marketing is to shill the brand, make it more attractive, and surely not to buy any trouble.

This is a good point, and I tend to agree with this.
I'm quite new to this casino, and now I'm trying to explore the terms, but I didn't find anything about the promotion that could possibly be misused and turn into abuse.  Upon claiming the promotion, there should be a note about the terms. (which I haven't tried yet).

IMO, clearer terms are the best way to protect both parties, the casino and the customers, to avoid confusion about the promotion.
I think this term should be added to ToS.  All in all, the games are quite interesting to me.

From what I’ve seen so far, I really like the layout of the sports betting section, and that’s likely the first thing I’ll try among their available games. As for the slots, I saw some new titles that caught my eye, which I’ll probably test out this week. I understand your concern about the similarity between Betmoco and Betmomo name. It could indeed be confusing for new users searching through Google.
However, looking at the design these two sites are quite different. Betmomo is dominated by yellow-black colors, while Betmoco uses the red-black. Also, when I tried visiting Betmomo runs poorly, unlike Betmoco which runs smoothly.
I think people will notice this difference even without looking closely at the website name. There's no significant design similarity, so it's not like typical phishing websites.

Sometimes we get quite impressed by someone's color, like betmoco, although everything I have seen so far is clean and simple. As you are saying that it is easy to login and register, it really opens very easily and quickly and we can play in it easily, with which we can play our own. I think that people who play in betmoco must have really enjoyed it because here we do not have to face any difficulties and our money that we can see is completely at hand and we do not have to search much and we get everything in one or two clicks. Yes, definitely this is not a typical phishing site like we normally see. A typical phishing site would have same design as the original and just a little shift in the url link, which would miss lead people into believing they are on the real site. We saw a very good example of bitcointalk sometime last week.. the person was smart enough to make everything look real, even forging the account of the forum admin, downloaded his avatar and was very much trying to scam people. Thank goodness it was found on time to make it aware to everyone.. at least someone who isn't familiar with phishing site would have seen it in real..

This is an issue with Betmoco not indexed on google. When you search Betmoco there is no results for the casino but google finds the closest website which is betmomo. Betmoco should pay attention to get indexed on google and work with SEO specialists to increase their ranking and show when searched.

You need to search betmoco.com to show in the list and in this case people can just access the website from the URL.

I don't think it's a phishing attack because it's another casino with different looks and games.

Just like some of the posters above, I observed that typing Betmoco in google did indeed throw up the results that they mentioned and not Betmoco itself which needs to be resolved asap op. Personally, I tend to bookmark sites which is why this will never be an issue for me.

Also, whatever happened to the large withdrawals related to @SportingFan op? It's never a good sign when it takes so many days to process such withdrawals. What's the issue?

Haha yeah, that's why there was especially a lot of skepticism at first with Betmoco. People for good reason tend to be cautious with new platforms. But I would say the team did a good job at closing the gap enough for folks to take risk at amounts they are comfortable with.

But the real test is time. It is still too early and only time will tell.

I am not happy with Betmoco at all.

I deposited a total of 7824 USD from 25-28 January. Then my first payout of 4000 USD went very shaky. I had to ask 3 times for the funds and after much begging they finally processed it and said that it wast just a one-off delay and apologized for it and promised from that moment onwards everything would go smoothly. So, on Saturday I wanted another 3000 USD withdrawal but I have now been waiting over 3 days and still have received nothing but only words. On Sunday morning they said they would send it "today". Then Sunday night they said "I left a note now on urgent care". Then on Monday afternoon he said "okay, I'll do it manually" and Monday evening it changed to "we are going through some abuse cases and even though you are not a suspect we still have to finish this". Then I asked for an ultimate deadline where I would receive the funds and they named a deadline that has now passed 1 hour ago. I am very worried about my funds. I have a very bad feeling about this. I have deposited 7824 USD and withdrawn 4000. I have 5133 USD left in my account so I am only slightly in profit, about 1300 USD. Just now I received an email with this text:

Hello,

We would like to inform you that your full balance has now been removed, rounded to the closest dollar, and is currently in the withdrawal queue together with the remaining withdrawals from the time of the abuse review.

We have not found any issues with your account, and everything is in order.

We truly appreciate your patience during this process. As a gesture of goodwill for your cooperation and understanding, we will be adding a free bonus to your account as compensation. You will receive further details about this bonus via email tomorrow.

Also, Betmoco said multiple times that they have more than enough funds in all kinds of crypto available to pay out, but yet they still choose to postpone and give us only words. Why would there be a withdrawal queue if you have more than enough funds available? Just take a few hours and process them one by one.

If Betmoco want to be taken serious as a company and not let their license fees (and Bitcointalk reputation) go to waste, they need to act very quickly to avoid irreversible distrust here on the forum.

The casino is a growing and developing one so things like this will be common, they will just need to stand their ground and be ready to eradicate such threat attacks especially when it holds no ground on events that the casino has done.

Correct. From what I’ve observed so far, most of the reviews are positive and people seem happy with the withdrawal process. Even big withdrawals are being processed within a reasonable time, and no KYC is required, which is honestly the most interesting part for me.

That said, as a casino becomes more popular, there will always be people ready to tear it down. That’s why it’s important for them to stay active and keep building a good reputation, so they can handle any attacks that come their way and still survive.

The TOS of Betmoco is not the problem, Betmoco have a very clear and simple TOS if you settle down to read through without bias. What I have observed here is that there are people who intentionally abuse promotional programs of many casinos and they are many. I'm even surprised that Betmoco will catch them and still pay some of them because I know a lot of big casinos that will not pay them a penny as soon as they notice any form of abuse of their system and programs and will even ban them from using their platform further. We should be appreciative of the generosity of this platform and I hope they become a little stricter to avoid further abuses.

I also found Betmomo by typing betmoco in Google many times. To improve SEO Betmoco needs to do more keyword optimization in the page title and meta description. To make it easier for Google to crawl and need to create an XML sitemap that lists every page of the website. Use the “URL Inspection Tool” in Google Search Console to see if Google bot can crawl the page or not.
