First of all, thank you for raising this concern in a constructive way.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced by users regarding fiat deposits or withdrawals. We understand that payment-related issues are sensitive and directly affect user trust.

Recently, we have received a significant number of complaints specifically related to certain third-party fiat payment providers, particularly involving users from India. It is important to clarify that BC.Game does not directly control local fiat agents or third-party payment merchants. In some cases, users may unfortunately encounter misconduct or fraud from independent payment processors.

That said, we do not take these reports lightly.

We are currently collecting evidence and reviewing all related cases to identify problematic merchants and take necessary action, including restricting or terminating cooperation where appropriate.

If any user believes they have been affected by a third-party fiat merchant (including suspected fraud, delayed withdrawal, or deposit issues), please contact me directly or reach out to our admin @bctokenbot with:

Screenshots / payment proof

Relevant chat history with the merchant (if any)

This will help us investigate efficiently.

We also appreciate the efforts made by community members, including those who voluntarily assisted affected users. Community support is valuable, but resolution ultimately requires direct communication with our internal team.

We are open to creating a dedicated fiat-issue thread if that helps centralize reports and improve transparency. Our goal is to resolve legitimate cases and protect users from dishonest third parties.

BC.Game has no intention of ignoring user concerns. We are actively reviewing the situation and will continue to improve our fiat gateway monitoring and response process.

Does everything have to be painfully slow with you guys? Indian users have been getting fucked for 6 months and you guys are well aware of what the issue is, but haven't fixed anything. Termination of the current fiat payment providers and replacements should have been found. Users with issues should be helped much faster than you currently help as well. It seems you were right yahoo62278, I was about to check their profile and went back one page only to see this post that they were online three days ago. So, you are right, actually, with your comment that they pop up once a week and write a reply, then disappear for another week. So, how are people supposed to get a reply from them during these days? Imagine someone had a deposit issue a week ago and sent a private message. bctokenbot didn't come online; they didn't even see the messages. How are they supposed to help the user?

Is this still the case? Can you confirm whether they have addressed your complaint or not. If they are still not responding there is something seriously wrong with their customer services team.

It cannot be that difficult for BC Game to get their customer services team functioning on a more proactive level. Why are they not even trying when they have the financial resources to improve their customer services?

I read the long over-the-top failed appeasement post by their forum representative and to be honest was not impressed. All we want to see is whether they are actively trying to resolve complaints by engaging with their customers and on that issue, not for the first time they seem to be failing.

Agree with you. When they noticed forum users are concerned about their ongoing issues and they are afraid of losing potential users and existing users. So the new account popped up and claimed to be BC Game support, but there are no visible changes at all. I saw a couple of replies on the scam accusation board a few days back, but lately I can't see much activity.

Their so-called new support account is just here to say we are here to solve the issue, but nothing changes. I don't think they really want to collaborate with forum users. Users are also stupid when, even though they have been seeing such fiat issues, they are still using that. Even a couple of users, even the third time, opened scam accusations regarding fiat, which is disappointing.

Agree with you. When they noticed forum users are concerned about their ongoing issues and they are afraid of losing potential users and existing users. He has been online today as well but didn't reply to any accusations.. Sir Holy were replying every single post which gives players some hope that if not today maybe tomorrow or day after that my problem will get solved. They terminated him for no reason like they terminate users accounts. Man their support sucks.. I will wt few more days for (bctokenbot) to update here and I hope he will.

holydarkness never worked for BC Game, he just gives his spare time to help out in the scam accusations section. He has a few contacts at different casinos as far as I know. Issues got solved more when he was handling things(even though still slowly), but BC decided that they could handle things themselves which is fine but just hasn't been the case.

It is a waste of time, actually. The last time they checked the scam accusations was 3rd February, and I see they have responded in another thread on 11th February. However, several other scam accusations have been made during this period, but they have not bothered to respond to any of them. I am unsure if they responded to the victims in a private message. It seems they came online today, but we haven't seen any responses from them yet.

I have been criticising them for a long time. They should make their support better and help all those victims.

Maybe there are some serious issues behind the scenes at BC Game they do not want to elaborate on. It seems extremely strange for a business that operates a signature campaign to have such a bad customer services team. They spend a lot of money on campaigns to promote their business yet they provide atrocious levels of customer support.

He has been online today as well but didn't reply to any accusations.. Sir Holy were replying every single post which gives players some hope that if not today maybe tomorrow or day after that my problem will get solved.
