Maybe there are some serious issues behind the scenes at BC Game they do not want to elaborate on. It seems extremely strange for a business that operates a signature campaign to have such a bad customer services team. They spend a lot of money on campaigns to promote their business yet they provide atrocious levels of customer support.

If I may jump in, AFAIK, the one handling marketing here [they're not one of my contact] is a different person with the one previously handling marketing with icopress. I don't have that staff's contact and never meet them, unfortunately. What I know is, my marketing contact got out-voted in terms of who manage their campaign here. Decision come from the higher chair than theirs. They argued, but they got outranked.
Their best way to remedy and help the company they've been with for years is to continue on working with me and gave me even more manpower to handle cases. To leave another breadcrumbs to the people following clues I scattered here and there of who am I talking about, this marketing is the person with that cat-like-fluidity that can move interdepartment and issue orders to the best they can to solve cases.
Their dedication needs to be applauded, in my personal opinion.
Months ago, they informed me that they'll have a personal leave, a long-needed vacation, and weeks later I got informed by their PA [yes, they even assign me one of their PA, to be sure they're reachable by me anytime and they didn't miss a thing of the issue on this forum] that uhh... I'll just say shit happens, to its worse that can imagined, as it is not my right to tell the story.
The one replacing them, as ad-interim [I guess now it's permanently], is the one who imposes the block on me, ordering all of my contact to cease from responding to me as they'll now handle things internally, and birthed
bctokenbot.
So... yeah, if anyone is willing to read between the lines, you'll understand what I try to say here without pointing fingers or painting certain color of why the chaos with BC happens.
If you [and I write this to all readers] can, just pray and send your best wishes to my former contact that they'll be ok and can return to work soonest possible and reinstate everything back to the previous arrangement.
